I am so glad I went to BMW & Mini Direct for my upgrade. I purchased the Mini Countryman, and it's brilliant; it gets me from A2B, and my dog loves going on road trips with me. I dealt with Lorraine, and she was an absolute diamond! Not only did she keep me updated throughout, but she even went the extra mile to pair my phone with the car. I know that if I need anything at all from them in the future, they would be more than happy to help.

My family has always had Mini's; we have had five over the years, and when I was looking for one for myself, I stumbled upon BMW and Mini direct on AutoTrader.  I had seen lots while I was looking, and none of the ones I saw matched the ones at BMW and Mini Direct. The process was really quick; it only took me 1 week from making my inquiry to picking up the car. 

A few years ago, I had a BMW, and I loved it, so when I recently sold my Porsche 911, I knew a BMW would be the closest thing to matching the Porsche's power. I was looking on Autotrader and saw BMW and Mini Direct had a 4 Series in stock, so I went to the dealership to make sure it was as perfect as it looked online. The staff at the dealership were really knowledgeable and did everything possible to help me. Now that I have had the car for a few weeks, I can confidently say it definitely keeps up with my Porsche and ticks all of my boxes.

I have been after a four-wheel-drive car that offered reliability and comfort. I researched the best options. I found one at BMW and Mini Direct, and Rupert was phenomenal at getting everything sorted and any concerns I had. He made sure to spend the time explaining everything until I felt reassured. 

We are very happy with our mini it is living up to all our expectations. The sales assistant was also faultless and he did an amazing job looking after me. No hard sales, it was a really relaxed environment and I was made to feel very welcome during the time I spent at this dealership.

From beginning to end, the service from Lorraine at BMW & Mini Direct in Worcester has been absolutely faultless. I have no complaints whatsoever. She was a lovely lady who could not do enough to help me; she did not come across pushy at anytime during the sale, and she was always there to answer any of my questions or concerns that I had. A solid five-star experience.

I am so glad that I got my Mini Cooper from here. The car has been perfect since I drove it away in December! It was my first time visiting this dealership, and everyone was very polite when I arrived. They also made the process very fast and efficient. I don't think I would have changed anything.
