The experience was very good indeed. I like how Rupert listens to what you want and there is no hard sell or hassle. My daughter also bought a car earlier this year and she had the same experience. We both highly recommend.

Our Mercedes is great, we are more than happy with it! We went away in it the week just gone and the car didn't miss a beat, it was a lovely comfortable drive. Rupert and Elaine are fantastic to deal with, so polite and professional. We were even able to get the car delivered and it was Rupert's son who dropped it off for us, he was great and very patient with us. 5/5!

Honestly Rupert is an absolute star, from start to finish he had a great attitude and he gives used car salesmen a good name! Other experiences don't come close to what I had here. Rupert took the time to listen to what I wanted, he presented me with what he thought would be suitable options and gave me the pros and cons of the cars. I purchased a Mini Hatch which so far I have been very pleased with and the cherry on the top is that the car has no road tax to pay! I had a query after the purchase and again I was greeted with the positive and helpful attitude I had come to know, he took the time to thoroughly explain to me what actually ended up being a very simple and quick solution. I couldn't complain even if I wanted to.

I spoke with both Rupert and Elaine at BMW & Mini Direct and have no complaints with the customer service I received. They are both more than helpful and friendly enough to deal with! For me it has to be five stars across the board.

Rupert was clear in the way he spoke, easy to talk to and really went out of his way to make sure the Mini was in the best possible condition it could of been. At the start I had a new issues with the Mini Country Man I purchased, but the issues was not to Rupert's knowledge, he wouldn't of seen them - plus as soon as the car came in I near enough purchased it straight away. I would like to tell you how satisfied I am with the way Rupert dealt with the issues, he deal with them amicably and very politely. When I told him about the worn tyres (on the inside) he was fast enough to inform me that he will reimbursed me for any cost that it came to. I went to get the issues fixed and he paid in full within two days. During the time this was happening I was satisfied with the way he delt with it, there was no anger, he worked as a team with me and this is the thing you want the most when purchasing a car. Rupert is a very pleasant gentleman to deal with and means well, I can highly recommend as I will be rating BMW + Mini Direct a 5 stars because of how amicably and kindly he dealt with the issues I had,

My daughter came to purchase a Silver Mini Hatch Cooper D and so far so good! She is enjoying it and is pleased with the car. I had a fair few dealing with Rupert and on all occasions he was polite, had a good manner and was helpful. I would use again in the future weather its for me or my daughter, BMW & Mini Direct are all round great. I never give anyone full mark as I believe there is always room for improvement but we will go for a very strong 4 !

I am not local to BMW & Mini Direct at all, I happened to know what car I wanted and after an online search I was drawn in the direction of BMW & Mini Direct. They had a Ford Eco Sport for sale which met the criteria I was after so I made the journey down. The way the day turned out with Rupert I was very impressed, he is fantastic and it is nice to have a good car buying experience after so many bad ones. I absolutely love the car and have found it to match the advertisement entirely. When I am ready for another car I will be giving BMW & Mini Direct a call and they will get first chance at me!
