Rupert is what I would call one of the nice guys of the motor trade. Our Mini is the second car we have bought from him and the service is always impeccable, he is really easy to deal with! Made a purchase with BMW & Mini Direct in April. The car we purchased, a Mazda 6, did have a little problem but this was resolved immediately. I am really fond of Rupert at BMW & Mini Direct. he was wonderful to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. The Fiat 500 we purchased is a lovely car but we did have a small problem to begin with, Rupert pulled out all the stops to get this sorted really quickly for us. The service was top notch and I would give it five stars all day!

My Mini is absolutely wonderful, I can't complain at all! The gents were a great help from beginning to end and made everything really easy. They even replaced the back reg for me! I cannot fault the guys, and have already recommend to a few others!
