It is my first Mini I have ever bought and WOW, I am obsessed! It is such a nice car to drive, and looks so cute as well! Steve and Rupert were great to deal with, every question I had they answered, they gave me an in depth overview of the car so I knew how to work everything, and even let me take the car for a test drive to get a good feel. I cannot fault them one bit, they were kind and courteous from beginning to end!

Absolutely outstanding service from the gents at BMW & Mini Direct, I had a bit of a problem with the oil not long into owning the car. So I informed the guys of the situation and they got it all sorted for me, no arguments or fuss. I didn't have to wait long for the car to be sorted, and have had no issues with it since. The gents were a great help throughout and made it so streamline, even when an issue arose. I can give them no less than 5 stars for their hard work and would definitely recommend and return again!

I cannot fault anything about BMW & Mini Direct! My new car is fantastic to drive and it was left in immaculate condition, just like all the cars were in the showroom. The sales team were really approachable which made the sales process simple and straightforward. I will be back again in the future without doubt.

I am absolutely over the moon with my Mini Cooper, it was prepped and polished upon collection, it looked great! I was allowed to take the car for a test drive and take time to decide if it was the one for me. Everything went really smoothly I cant complain, I am so pleased .The car has been a great addition, I can't believe I have never bought a mini before! The guys were fantastic and answered every phone call, thank you all for the help, I will definitely be back for another in the years to come!

The team here are most definitely helpful and friendly enough for me and I have no qualms in giving them 5 stars! They were informative about my Mini and the buying process was incredibly simple. I have loved my Mini since I bought it home, its a fun car to drive and I just cant get enough of that classic Mini interior.

Our Mercedes is very different to our last car and it took a little while to get used to but now that we have a familiarised ourselves with it we do love it. We definitely made the right choice. No regrets as they say 😊 Thank you very much BMW & Mini Direct.

I found a Skoda Citgo for sale at BMW & Mini Direct online but they weren't overly close to me. When I saw they offered a delivery service I was very intrigued but I had never purchased a car remotely before. I was in good communication with the team down there about the car and I very much felt like I was in safe hands. When the car was delivered it arrived as described. I am so pleased with my first remote buying experience that I think I would use this method of car buying again in the future after such a great success.

BMW & Mini Direct is a great place, there is a very pleasant welcoming and laid back atmosphere. The staff are a big part of that, they are not pushy and very friendly. I am more than happy with my 1 Series, it is a nice car to drive. Thank you to all.

My Mini is perfect! Everything I was hoping it would be, the interior is so sleek and just gorgeous 😍 My daily commute is so much more enjoyable in my Mini and I can't thank BMW & Mini Direct enough. I will hold them in the hight regards for future car purposes.
