Steve was a great help during the purchase of my Mini. I did come across a few niggles that needed touching up, so I let him know my concerns and he got straight on the job sorting these out for me. We’ve just purchased a Mini GT through Steve and can honestly say it’s been a pleasure. From start to finish even when we came across a small hurdle it was handled perfectly. The part exchange price we were given for our Puma was excellent - we can’t fault the customer service and our Mini is fab! BMW & Mini Direct are the absolutely text book of what a dealership should be like. From first walking through the door you are greeted with smiles and are made to feel very welcome. You are offered beverages, snacks etc. so it gives you a great first impression. And from there they just continue to impress you more and more as the process goes on. My favourite part of the purchase was viewing all of the cars... WOW! They took my breath away! They are all gleaming and look as if they are brand new from the factory. Mine was a 66 plate, however it looked like it had been untouched, it was gleaming inside and out and had that new car smell, which is just a bonus! I am now a month down the line with owning my car, and I 've had no faults/ issues come to the surface so I am highly impressed. As well as this, the comfortability of my car is like no other, it drives so effortlessly and brings a smile to my face with every journey I make. Without a doubt I would definitely return to these guys, it was a very enjoyable experience, and sets the standard for other dealerships to be like!
