Saw a car from this place on eBay , sent msg for details ie mileage as none on advert. Rang no an hour later after no msg reply was told mileage 150k. Drove over to them to view car, sales man mentioned about 3 times about molar at 150k , only opened car to look at inside , stood on side of car with arms folded with the keys in his hand , not started it or nothing. Because I need car I decided to pay deposit of £100 to collect it on Sunday . Next day rang my mechanic and gave him reg no to check details of car ie advisories of last MOT etc. I was informed by my mechanic I might want to reconsider buying this car from this dealer as mileage in May at last mot was 198k. Immediately I rang this place to cancel this sale as I was misinformed about the mileage , I was accused of actually taking the car for a test drive and seem the mileage which clearly didn't happen , and now refuse to refund my £100 deposit . I'm emailed Keighley News and Bradford Telegragh & Argus and I will have this published ! These thieving liars, robbing vulnerable folk from their hard earned cash , I'm going to do everything legally to get my money back !!

May we take this opportunity to sincerely apologise regarding the miscommunication for the non refundable deposit of £100,. £100 deposits are none refundable. Our information and details are clearly displayed on our various websites and on our adverts for our buyers to make informed choices prior to purchase. With all prices of vehicles being reflective of the quality. We take any feedback seriously to try and maintain satisfied customers.
I would just like to share this the following. The owner of the Bocking car centre is Geoffrey Cole who also owns the Bocking 4x4 centre Ltd which on the 1st of March this year was made insolvent so that he could avoid paying a lawful debt. This information is freely available on the companies house website.
AVOID!!!!! The sales team at Bocking Car Centre were absolutely disgusting, worst customer service I have ever received. I came very interested in the car but the salesmen literally fobbed me off. Good thing I left it, did a Hpi check on the car and they had even misled about the number of previous owners.

After purchasing my Renault megane last year i was told by my mechanic it had bald tyres bad brakes and needed steering and suspension work, and the battery went. They even misled me about the previous owners (8 instead of 4), delayed my log book by 3 months probably to stop me finding out about the owner history, and exaggerated how long an mot i had left by 6 weeks. I am not the only one, my neighbour bought a Ford cougar from them which her mechanic told to take straight back as it was in unacceptable condition. DO NOT BUY FROM BOCKING CAR CENTRE
