Went with my mum to look at a car as I needed someone to run me round as I had no car of my own, the pair in the garage started as surley cockey and clever they thought I was a mug who could be pressured into a sale, I didn't feel safe but kept my cool as I wanted to spare my 60 yo mother any unpleasantness so I went through with a test drive, with no intention of buying, just so he couldn't accuse us of being timewasters. After a unpleasant short drive being patronised all the way up and down hermit hole hill, after parking up the owner came out and proceeded to tear a strip of me for blocking someone's drive which I told him several times wasn't me but he couldn't seem to take that in. I pretended I was going to enquire about the price of insurance just to get away, which they seemed to think strange and tried to tell me I could deal with that after I bought the car, the whole thing was bizarre. These men are a mixture of moronic thuggish and oddly ineffectual as they leave you just wanting to leave their presence and their premises. Never put yourselves in the hands of these knuckle dragging thugs.

Do not buy anything from this con merchant. I only bought mine because I needed one desperately for work. I had to fork out 400 pounds for a new petrol tank two days after I had bought it ; rang him up . Surprise, surprise he'd gone on holiday but left his personal mobile behind 🤔 whoever does the the mot's must be taking a backhander because the REAL mechanic who sorted it said there's no way it could have been missed.Do NOT buy anything from him.

Spent 4500 on a car and 5 weeks later a week out of cover had to spend 1500 and nearly been killed on the motorway when the wheel nearly came off and dragged me over 3 lanes.

Purchased a vehicle from Bocking Car Centre that lasted me 8 weeks and broke down. Although they give you a months warranty by law it is in fact 6 months. Spoke in regards to repair, manager didn’t give a hoot. Shocking! My Savings gone!

WE called in to Bocking Car Centre to check the used stock on offer, I dont know why but I was feeling uncomfortable about buying from here so I went home and looked at reviews for this used car seller. WOW ! got to be the worst customer feedback ever, so that`s the end of that, got to look elsewhere.

Got a car that I love from Bocking Car Centre but it's cost me nearly a grand to get it fixed.

I recently purchased a 3 series BMW that I had test driven beforehand at Bocking Car Centre, upon getting home I detected noise coming from the engine. It turned out to be the timing chain that was failing. The car was recovered by Bocking road garage and a full refund without quibble was issued to myself. My thanks to Bob for a smooth friendly service. Edit; The condition of the car was down to a previous owner not taking the car for bmw recalls, it was in no way attributable to the garage who imo are completely free of any blame.

This Time last year I bought a Mercedes CLK 320 from Bocking Car Centre, When I bought the Vehicle I was informed that there was nothing wrong with the car I travelled from Lanarkshire in Scotland to buy the car when I went to collect the car and pay the balance no one showed me around the car they took my money and just said it's out there, The car was filthy, the rear window heater wasn't working when I got home investigated further and I found that the rear SAM unit had burnt out now on the receipt for the car I noticed that they had stamped that anything electrical was not covered in their warranty to me that leads me to believe that they knew of the problem, and Because I was trying to sell the car I find out that there is finance still showing on the car. so anyone please beware and stay clear as they do not give a Sh*t

I was very interested in a Land Rover Feelander 2 Bocking Car Centre have on site, After I had read these reviews I decided that i would even go near the place to view the motor. I notice after every BAD (well they havent got any good ones really) reviews, they make no constructive replies, just the same uninterested replies if only to show they have read the reviews and couldnt care less. So I will save my money and go somewhere else that are really classed as dealers and not rip off merchants. Do read these reviews before visiting or handing over any money at all.
