Bought a fiat trade-in roughly 7 months ago, it's been cheap to run, cheap to insure, it's been an absolute bargain with no issues and runs like an absolute dream and Tomas has been a pleasure to deal with, will definitely be using him for my next car purchase.

I have purchased two cars through BHP and each time they have been very easy to deal with and very accommodating! The after service was quick and no hassle after we found there to be a slight oil leak in one of the cars we brought but BHP were happy to sort it right away. Would happily recommend them.

Looked after from start to finish, really happy with the car I got. I told Tom what I was looking for and he managed to find me something even better than I’d expected. The car is great and they have helped me out so much. My next car will be bought through them aswell!

Having bought from BHP in the past I visited them to source a car for my partner, the attention to detail from Tom and his team were second to none, kept me in constant contact until he had the right car for me, having been into BHP a few times before it is clear they take a pride in what they do with the prep area always immaculate and the team getting cars ready to a high standard......thanks again guys hope to see you again in the future.

We bought a BMW 1 series in June 2018 for £5000 from Bournemouth High Performance and traded in our Audi TT for bottom price of £1000 as they said it would be going to auction. 1. After purchase we discovered the break pads were rubbing on the disks because they were badly worn as had a ridge on the edge of the disks (first week of purchase) Their attitude was that it was a trade in and we had to sort it!!, 2. July 2018 Once we had paid for the breaks to be repaired by our own garage we discovered that the noise of the breaks were covering up another noise!!,when we took the car to our garage again, we discovered the differential was faulty and had been topped up with oil. 3. After manny phone calls and after getting no where, we went to trading standards to get advise. They advised us that we had been sold a vehicle that was not fit for purpose & that should repair it or give us a full refund and take the car back. 4. October 2018 after sending trading standard letters and threatening to take them to the small claims court they agreed to replace the differential. 5. December 2018 They replace the differential for a second hand one which we discovered was faulty within 2 weeks. 6. January 2018 they replaced the faulty differential with another faulty differential. 7. Finally in February we gave up on the car and sold it for £2100 As soon as we bought the car and had a problem with it, the boss Thomas was rude, arrogant and unprofessional, he called our beloved Audi TT a peace of junk (if this is the case I’m sorry for the person who bought it off him), insulted our garage ( the one we have used for 9 years), accusing them of lying and making trouble (our garage discovered the falty differential). It wasn’t until we sent letters through trading standards that Tomas did something!! I would stongley advise people to avoid this cowboy outfit. Business is built on trust and customer services and sadly this company lacks in both these areas and more. I would like to say however that Ben in the customer service department was very polite and tried to be helpful but unfortunately the decision maker was Thomas.
