I bought a £9k car last year with a warranty for two years. I should’ve checked but the sale price was near £2k overpriced in the first place. Long story short - I got fiddled out of the 2nd year warranty on a technicality. Civil matter to be pursued regarding warranty. When I said that to him “Good go ahead. Phone your lawyer” (and he thinks I am all mouth and called me an ignoramus they are about to find different on that score). If after consulting fully with my lawyer. On checking documents I believe they have broken the sales agreement. That’s another matter for my very expensive lawyer. If I win any of those civil complaints. I may decide to take further action regarding the legitimacy of their operation, in how they support physical confrontation, threats and all. Once they have your money they are not interested, as previous reviews attest to, they have no after sales. Avoid this company.

I bought a range rover sport from Kilmarnock dealership over £30000 worth of car only to have it 3 month till the engine went 3 days after there 3 month cover ran out and when I checked the warrenty they sold me there was only a £1000 maximum claim on a £30000. they are taking hard earned money off of people it’s nit been the first time this company has had bad feed back back lenders are still happy for them to get finance off them I will I checked this garage out as if I had seen all the bad reports, I would have stayed clear of this garage Bridgend Motors, you’s are a company that are out there to take good money off of good hard working people. stay away people

Bought car from Bridgend Group Kilwinning and had nothing but problems since. Although car came with a warranty nothing seems to be covered by it. Now have a hefty quote to fix latest problem so took car to Vauxhall to get their opinion and turns out it was there before I bought it so now waiting to see what they are going to do about it I suspect not very much, wish I had read reviews before.

I thought I was buying a car from a good company l was talked into taking a service and mot package for 2 year's. I lost confidence in the car and traded it in with another company. When l telephoned them to cancel the package and get a refund, some chance all of a sudden its part of the car package. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Bought a 2013 plate transit connect Van. Broke down three times in two months, auxiliary input doesn't work, reverse parking sensors don't work. Don't advise and will never go back.

I wish I had researched and read reviews prior to attending at Bridgend Motors. After sales highly questionable and I will be taking matters forward and making a referral to Trading Standards. Delay in getting MOT only to discover a list of advisories that would have deterred me from buying. After sales and follow us was nothing short of aggressive when after six months I was offered 5k less than I paid for a 12k vehicle. I took pride in the vehicle I traded in and know that out there someone got a good buy. But shocked at the attitude of this unprofessional company.

Bought a ford kuga at Bridgend Kilmarnock. 1st day engine management light on. 4 days later on again. Now 4 months in it leaks like sieve. Apparently not their responsibility and won't even contribute. Totally useless.
