Really impressed with the BMW 4 Series. I like it, and once the time comes, I'll get the newer model but it won't be any time soon. The team on the day were very good and I've got no complaint.

I called the team up to enquire about the Jaguar they had available and after getting all of the information I needed, I paid for the car the next day. I can't remember the gent's name but he arranged for the car to get delivered and within a couple of days it was with me, which was ideal. The car has been spot on since. Definitely 5 stars.

I can't give nothing but the best score for BVG Automotive. The team were really great to deal with, everyone was really helpful and once it came to the paperwork, I felt everything was clearly explained. They even allowed me to take the car on a test drive before going ahead with it.

I visited BVG on a weekend so it was busy which can't be helped but I still felt that the team gave me plenty of time to answer all my questions without any delays along the way. The car has since been on the motorway and has been going good.

5 out of 5 for me, I've got nothing to complain about to be honest. I travelled all the way from Scotland to see the car and when I arrived the customer service was great, there was no pressure and everyone was great to deal with. The car had a long trip home to put it to the test and I didn't come across any issues.

Very happy with the service from this dealership. My Seat hasn't had any problems up to now.

Jay was a really good guy to deal with and although we didn't get a cup of tea, we did get a box of chocolates at the end of the sale to make up for it. The Nissan so far is going well and running as it should. The back brakes are squeaking, but the discs have just been replaced so it could be them bedding in, but I'll keep an eye on them.

Seamless experience from the moment I saw the car to driving away! I was also very pleased with the customer service I received. Recently I had a tow bar fitted, and I look forward to towing the caravan once the weather starts to improve.
