I went to BVG Automotive looking for a nice, budget, runaround car. I found my perfect car in the form of a Citroen C3. The car was very clean inside and out when I collected it, I hadn't seen the car prior to the collection, Shah created a nice walk round video for me which covered all basis and I am really happy with the car. Shah was very quick to respond to any and every one of my queries, was friendly, approachable and supportive throughout. I have since the purchase noticed a few cracks int he 3 of the tires, looking back I can see these on the walk round video but I feel the service would have been better if Shah had actively brought this to my attention and we had a discussion regarding the condition of the tires. I am working with after sales care to see if this can be reimbursed, if this is all sorted, I would be more than happy to bump the review to 5 star, other than the tires, everything else is flawless.

Made up with my new Audi Q7, I have had no problems, no cause for concern and I have no complaints at all. Rob was great to work with, Nice car and a really good service too. Thank you BVG Automotive.

I needed a new car for the missus and the Jaguar F Pace was what we settled on, I have the SE already, my missus doesn't do as many miles as me so the car will hold the residual better, for that reason we got her a younger version. Mine is the SE, hers is the R-SPORT so it's basically mine on steroids. She loves the car to pieces and both were in agreement the customer service was exceptional. We are very pleased with BVG and would recommend them to anyone.

everything is okay, I like my new BMW very much. The service from Shah and the rest of the team was impressive, lots of very friendly and personable people at BVG. There is some peeling paintwork at the back of the car and for that reason I wouldn't rate perfect, I have spoken with after sales care and they are going to try approve a respray. If they can facilitate this, I would defiantly change this too a 5 Star review.

I am very happy with my new car and for dealing with BVG, everything is going good and I have no complaints at current. this is actually my first car over in the UK, the rules are dramatically different but I drove over to Cambridge the other day and it was really nice, I have adapted very quickly. Shah explained to me everything to me and offer clarification when I asked, the whole process was quick, smooth, and I was allowed to test drive and consider my options within my own time without feeling pressured.

I recently treated myself to a VW Golf, a significant step up for me compared too the Citroen C1 I had previously. I am, really enjoying the car, it's a lot more practical and more fun to drive, Shah and the team were incredibly welcoming and couldn't do enough for me.

I bought a VW Tiguan for my daughter from Shah at BVG Automotive. I was very pleased with the experience, how my daughter and I were treated as well as the quality and standards of the car. Touch wood, there hasn't been any problems or any cause for concern either and my daughter, well and truly loves it. I did look to go back for my sons car however, unfortunately, there wasn't anything which suited what he was after, it's a shame because after how well my daughter and I were treated, I really wanted to give them some more business. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to BVG, I fully trust them with my business.

All is well, I am really enjoying my new Mercedes CLA, it's a step up from anything I have had in the past and certainly feels as such. IT's a great car, the only little problem I had was one of the window wipers came off and I had to replace these, I called BVG after I did the repair and they refunded me the money without hesitation which I really appreciated. Shah was great to deal with, really friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. Very please with the BVG team, they have some really nice cars available.

I am impressed with not only the quality and condition of my new car but the service from BVG Automotive, Shah was the main man looking after me throughout the sales process, he was really great for keeping me informed during the preparation, lines of communication were open and it was always easy to get hold of him. I had an M4 before, not to similar to my new Jaguar XF but still a similar tier of car and it hasn't taken me long to transition over. I love my new car and I am really happy with everything BVG have done for me.
