Everyone knows buying a car is a huge decision, they were very patient with me and gave me a few advise and options where needed overall they were just brilliant. They kept to their word of reserving the car for my finance to go through and I got my car delivered the same day my payment went through. Everyone was super nice and friendly, the representative that delivered my car was also very nice and he was very gentle with my car. All I can say is the service is 10/10 will definitely recommend. I have to start by simply saying.... Raf is amazing! Me and my partner took the long trip down from Scotland to Oldham and he couldn't of been any more accommodating, he made us feel right at home. It was a long drive to Oldham, but it was so worth it when we got there to see the car and how nice and kind the dealership staff were. We have had the car for a month now and all is running well, the long drive home was lovely in the new car and certainly gave me the opportunity to get a good feel for it. I'm very grateful for Raf and can't thank him enough.

Happy with the service I was provided, everybody was kind, helpful and welcoming. My Mustang runs great, its the perfect drive and very eye catching! I've had the car checked over and it's mechanically sound, very impressed.

This was my first time buying a car - ever! I was finally ready to get my first car, so I took to the internet to see what car would be best for my budget. After looking around, this is when I saw the Merc C-Class on BVG's website. Once I was happy I went to view it , and needless to say I was very impressed with it. I've had the car for a while now, and I'm glad I got a car from this dealership. Only 4 stars as I can't compare it to other dealerships with it being my first time.

After viewing the car online, I phoned up to enquire about it, Rob was the gentleman who talked me through the condition of the car. I went ahead with the car and got it delivered not long after. I was very happy with the delivery process as the car arrived on time, spotless and the driver was lovely!

Had the car for a month and it is great, I'm still really enjoying it. Shah was great to deal with also. Very happy.

I'm really loving my Ford Fiesta, it has been a great car to drive. I use it to commute to work every day and it's just so smooth to drive that it makes the travel to work that little bit easier. It was my first time visiting BVG, but I would 100% recommend to anyone who was looking for a car. Shah looked after me when I arrived, and he couldn't of done enough for me. He let me test drive the car in my own, which took away the pressure of someone watching you drive, he laid the service plan out in front of me and explained everything, he give me lots of information and more. I can't think of anything they can improve on!

The car runs great, I've just taken it out on a 2 hour drive up the motorway and I haven't had any issues with it. Rob was great to deal with throughout the sales process, he was very informative and couldn't of done enough for me. I think my cruise control is only working intermittently, but I will drive it back home later and have a play about with it.
