The service and support from Raf and his team throughout the entire purchase process has been absolutely first class. When purchasing a vehicle it’s important to trust that you are in good hands, personally for me due to previous poor experiences elsewhere. Shah was responsive, available, reliable and most importantly trustworthy! The show room is professional and they have some beautiful vehicles in stock, I was given the time I needed to look round and I decided to test drive the VW Golf and loved it. There was zero pressure or any obligation to make a purchase, the prices are fair and you have peace of mind from a 3 month warranty that comes with the car. Incredibly happy and in a few years time when looking to purchase again, I’ll be heading straight back to BVG. The Citroen c3 is my first car, it took a little bit of time to get use to driving it but now that I have I love it to pieces. Shah was amazing, he as dead helpful, dead genuine, my dad came with me to buy it as I was worried that I would go into a dealership and they would be all over me and pressuring me to buy it. Shah on the other case was not like this he was lovely, he was like have a little look at it and let me know if you have any questions, he was so helpful. Let me take it on a test drive and then decide if I wanted to buy the car or not.

On Arrival at BVG I was met by Shah who showed me around the car. His knowledge was tremendous and he answered every single one of my questions. I was able to take the car for a test drive which I was very pleased about. From start to finish I was over whelmed by the service I received for him. The Ford Mondeo I bought is a beautiful car. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the buying experience from BVG and I would recommend them to anyone without blinking an eye.

I am really pleased with my VW Scirocco, I've got no grumbles with it at all, it is great, I love it. I dealt with a gentlemen called Shah, I was really impressed with him, made me feel comfortable, no pressure, the vehicle was in their showroom waiting for me when I got there, told me to go and have a good look round it and take my time, no rush this no rush that, go out for a little drive and see how it is, it was very relaxed and that is what you want from a dealership like BVG Automotive, unbelievable service from them.

I had a Volkswagen before I bought my Citroen. The Citroen is way better, Im loving it. Raf was good and everything was straight forward. The service was excellent I really liked it, is it, is it wicked, were loving it, loving it, loving it, were loving it like that.

The biggest thing that stood out for me when dealing with Raf at Dart Trade was the professionalism. He was so good, so helpful and explained everything to me really well. I already had a Fiat 500 before and I love this car so I wanted to same car but a bit newer. This new one is awesome I am so so happy with it. I have never used BVG before but I have recommended them to family and friends since buying my Fiat 500.
