Cars alright at the moment and the staff were alright on the day. I did find it a bit weird how everything was done behind closed doors but they got me the car I needed and sorted the finance out aswell.

The car & location brought me to BVG Automotive and I did some research and found them to be a reputable, reasonably sized set up. The staff were all fine, pleasant and polite, I couldn’t complain. The car was clean and they provided loads of documents with it which was good. They seemed ok people. All in all it was a very good experience. Five stars considering the value of the car, they helped me with the finance, all done very easily. I would recommend if they had a car somebody I know wanted to buy, they are a good set up.

The dealer sent me a video and the car looking in immaculate condition. No issues with what I saw. Everything went great until there was a miscommunication on the collection day. The finance was ready to go but I called the dealership and they said they had no knowledge of me coming so had to rearrange for the next day. Their service on the day wasn’t exceptional but it was their website that I thought was really impressive and that got my attention. Since having the car I noticed there is a lock and a handle for the spare tyre which needs repairing but have no major issues with the car. There is room for improvement given my experience.

I went through a broker and car was with them. Didn’t have a test drive so deal was all sorted remotely. It was pretty easy, did virtual inspection over facetime, sales staff were informative and kept in touch letting us where its up to. Only issue is one of keys doesn’t work. I wasn’t stressed through the process and would recommend them this company.
