Very happy with my new car from Car Central. I bought a Skoda and it was very clean and in great condition when I collected it and it was a very good price. I have had no issues with the car up to now and the dealership have been very helpful and friendly through-out the purchase. I've been loving the car so much! We saw the Nissan Qashqai advertised online and really liked it, it was about 40 mins away but its just what I wanted so I decided to travel down to bond with the car! We got on well, it was a lovely drive and that was that really, we put the deposit down and before we knew it, it was ours! The guys there were all lovely, very friendly and helpful! We had a minor issue with it not long after so I called them back up and they had me back in straight away and sorted it for me that day, they were fantastic! They are a fab garage, really pleased!

The car itself was ready on time, all cleaned and prepared to a very high standard, ready for me to take away. I've been really enjoying driving the car, its a funky little car with some great modern features. No issues at all in recommending and buying from Car Central in Birmingham again.

I was having a nosey for a new car and spotted a Ford Fiesta online, it was at Car Central Birmingham which is quite a distance away from me. I did love the car so enquired anyway, they told me all about the car and I fell in love. I was worried about the distance but it was the car I wanted! I was so pleased that they offered to deliver the car to my house for me, with being so far away it was so convenient and it was no extra charge either! The car arrived and it was lovely, it was really shiny, clean and the person that dropped it off was really helpful, walked round the car with me, showed me where everything was etc. Its been fantastic ever since, no issues at all! Thank you to this amazing dealership for going above and beyond for me, I will absolutely buy from here again in the future and tell all my friends, even if they aren't local!

I am currently isolating with Covid and am missing driving my car very much. I cant wait to get back out in it, it is such fun! I have had the car for a few weeks now and we have had no problems with it, we have been so pleased with it so I am so sad that I cant drive it right now 😢 I went down to Car Central Birmingham to collect the car and everyone was so very helpful, they were all so friendly and talked me through everything so that I knew how to work the car and get the best out of it. It was a very nice dealership and I would definitely go back for another car in the future. I liked how nice, smiley and welcoming everybody was.
