I cant remember the guys name who dealt with me there but he was very good. I came across Cargiant by the company I used to work for got their company cars from there, I've used Cargiant 4 times. Overall i'm pleased and would recommend.

CAR GIANT big no must read full of you love your family and care about safety. With my recent purchase with car giant I would warn everyone to think million times before visiting this dealer.  Within one hour of my purchase I had my brake failure and all sorts of mechanical warning starting flashing on screen.  I was lucky, i got away with by applying hand brakes and do what ever I could to save my life. Returned the vehicle back to car giant and their mechanical team came back with no fault.  But instead they found brakes pad off and need lifting and they gave that repair as name of "goodwill gesture" They failed to: 1.Provide me with initial investigation reports upon several request .  2.Provide me initial 150 + checkpoint reports. They sold an unfit car to end user. Their after sales team will never accept any fault and will reject the return. Instead they will suggest you to go through legal process as they did in mine.  Their sales team are very expert in selling cars which had issues to customer who are confused buying the car with least knowledge. I am now in process of contacting RCJ and legal action.  In nutshell they don't care about you or your money , your life , your safety as soon the vehicle is sold and out of their premise they will say it's bye bye job done and die or live they don't care.

I would recommend Cargiant. The Dealership was knowledgeable and helpful and all the people that worked there are good. In the last couple of days I've had a couple of issues with the car however I've not yet contacted them about it as I've been busy. I'm hoping the aftercare is good too!

overall was a good dealership, couple of miner issues along the way like being offered significantly less than everywhere else for my PX also wasn't Described 100% correctly.

I was amazed at the size of Cargiant. The choice and range of cars available is superb. I was served by a very polite and knowledgable salesman. I was trading in my old car and was given a fair price for it by another polite and helpful guy. And when I came along to collect, the whole process went very smoothly. I'll definitely be back for another vehicle in a few years! great place, great price.
