Booked me in for the wrong car first time. After ringing to confirm my booking and to guarantee to see the car and potentially buy the same day, as I was travelling for over 2 hours and paid for trains to arrive at the dealership and the car to be sold with no remorse to me as a customer. Absolute joke would never recommended. Dealership resembles a fast food/tk maxx vibe. Awful. Didn’t even get offered refreshments or an apology for my journey. Shocking.

Please be very careful when buying car in CarGiant London. If you don’t know mechanic go with somebody who can check car for you to avoid disappointment. Spot my good looking second hand Mazda which looks very clean, has good tyres, low milllage, thick pads and minimal wear on brake disc, reasonable spec and good price, advertised as not involved in accident. Well noticed little bend in daylight above rear wheel which easily could be pulled out so went for viewing. Car has only essential service during 3y warranty and then was used until end in cargiant offer so for example oil wasn’t changed for 2y instead 6m- claim they don’t sell car without service history. Don’t buy repairing insurance for thousands there as it simply isn’t worth it - be better off to extend warranty with car manufacturers. Cleaning/vaxing is worst you can imagine, average Jo can do it better- total waste of £300, you get however cleaning pack in fancy case most likely to fix their cleaning yourself. Car required full service ( it could cost thousands on top purchase price if trimming kit, turbo, clutch or brake disc need to be replaced) so first trip was to garage where mechanic mentioned that rear side under mentioned bend was sprayed/painted on metallic paint. Well couldn’t see much but year after when went to professional detailing workshop and they used hard wax to expose beauty of paintwork it was clearly seen that side was repaired/repainted in car sold as not involved in accident! Well take paint thickness meter with you if want to buy any car there as precaution. Certainly could negotiate better price if could find out it earlier but now is too late and simply real condition of car wasn’t as advertised during sale. Please feel warned.
It’s an awful company, don’t trust them. I bought a 2014 Tiguan and they confirmed that they had checked all the safety and electrical parts. However I sent the car to the Volkswagen marshal and revealed that the steering wheel alarm is deactivated before car sale!!!!! Never trust them

Great selection of cars, unfortunately, the person who was looking after us was extremely rude and arrogant. What a shame

I saw Mercedes A class on Monday, booked to collect it 10:30 on wednesday. Went in on wednesday and it took me until 2:15 to sort everything out. Worst customer service ever, no good morning no thank you. They eventually gave me my keys to take the car home. Guess what, both my rear front lights were broken and shattered. It was distgusting the way they treat you. All fine and good when you pay. I requested a refund and even then they did not say sorry, made me stand up for the whole hour of refund duration. Such a shame that the company cannot say sorry and implement a good customer service. You pay 15000 grand plus all the admin fee and stuff and the repect you get back is disgusting. Would not recommend to anyone. Please be careful.
Very very bad dealer. I bought a car they give me every paper world and they said car never been I accident and HPI clear. And they sold me warranty for £1288. After 3 weeks I went to can manufacture dealer Hyundai. They after inspections they informed me that this can was involved in heavy accident and we are not sure if airbag will be deployed if the car have next accident. Amd also the from bumper and gril and lights all is changed and it is copy. Not a genuine and also the car fully colour coded. I they give me report. Now car giants they just telling me we repair the car. Because the car in the front is knocking and engine rattling. But they mechanical saw the car 2 times bit they ignored to repairs.. and they sold me a faulty car..
After choosing a car, going through all the sales rigmarole I questioned Kia's 7yr warranty as cargiant were trying to sell me theirs. I was told i would have to find that out myself, whilst sitting at the sales desk i called Kia but they weren't available till after the weekend the sales girl said we could pay, take the car and if not happy with Kia's reply on the monday then return the car. I paid the £200 deposit and left the car there, she said I would get the deposit back if I chose not to buy the car. This all happened after the car was being prepared for 2 hours, we were there best part of the day. Surly this should have been discussed first before any agreement to buy the car. On the way home I decided it was too much hassle and wondered why they couldn't answer why the car wasn't kept up with services for the 7year warranty to be in effect, I phoned cargiant straight away and said I wanted to cancel the sale, I was told I had to go back and give my signature to get my deposit back, I was nearly home 20 miles away and that was out of the question so they agreed to post a cheque. No cheque was received 3 days later so I called them, they sent one out, it was stopped on the same day I put it in the bank, I called them they had no explanation, agreed to send another, it was stopped same day i put it in bank again, i called them said they should be able to do bank transfer, 3 people later one say's send an email to the manager to confirm it, my mobile battery was running out so i agreed. Sent email to manager with automated reply " out of office for 2 weeks" I guess they are trying to avoid giving me my deposit back so looks like I will have to go legal with this. My advise is to give cargiant a wide berth, they suck you in with their banter, are very clever at avoiding your questions and now looking back in hindsight I can see how quickly they wanted to get a signature and deposit. If I could give no star rating I would 😠
Cargiant Well would I buy from here again? Only if I really had too. The ikea of car sales , one big system conveyor belt which is like a ride you can get off. I was 5 hours buying a car. Was told it'll take 2 hours on the phone to buy it, before I arrived for a test drive. Sales folk are nice but they push the warranty and extras but that's to be expected, they are sales people. Then you're left to wait 2 hours or whenever the next collection time slot is available. Then it's finance staff , they check details, then they take the money at a different counter. Then i had to wait another 2 hours more until my car was ready. The digital ticket system is reminiscent of the housing association or social, where it's a ticket and wait and watch the screen for your turn. The car is what I wanted and the specs so I endured it. But I will not rush back that's for sure. Especially since I bought a part electric car, and it had no charge only 1 mile range left on it when they handed it over eventually. They had it for over 5 hours and no one stuck it on the charger. They knew I was coming to test drive it and they never bothered to charge beforehand for that either. Really sucked all the joy out of buying a car.
I bought my car a year ago in August from Cargiant in White City, London. A few days after my purchase it was one problem after another and ongoing .A month into buying the car I had to take it to the garage to get issues fixed. A year has passed and this morning I have dropped the car off at the garage again for same issues.. ........
