Drove down from John o groats in Scotland to purchase a car from Car Matched. Because of the distance there were many phone conversations and emails. Rupert and his team were extremely helpful and listened to all our concerns and answered all our questions The car we purchased is lovely and better than Rupert described We had it fully serviced beforehand at a small charge and the car drove back upto Scotland no problems. Ruperts team even helped me with the toll charges when I was there to make the whole transaction smooth. Would definitely buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone. I purchased an automatic Citroen C4 Picasso from Car Matched May of this year. I had been looking for one for a while and was over the moon when this turned up. The mileage was low and the price was very reasonable. After some time there were a few mechanical issues with the car. Not knowing anything about cars I became worried and stressed that I would have to pay thousands to fix a car that I hadn't had for long. I spoke to Rupert who was very helpful and reassured me they would fix the issue at no cost to me. Music to my ears. The car went into the garage a few times until the problem was found but each time I was kindly loaned a car from the garage. My car is back on the road and running smoothly. Rupert and Kirsty have been fantastic throughout the whole process. Rupert always answered my calls or emails and was happy to assist with any issues or enquiries I had.
