Firstly I know nothing about buying a Car as I've always predominantly had company cars. After searching and test driving a couple in different places I ended up at CarMatched. Com in Broadstairs. My experience could not have been any better anywhere else (in my opinion). Both Mike and his wife looked after me EXTREMELY WELL and were open and honest about both the Vehicle I was interested in and the process. The reason I purchased the Vehicle was not necessarily because of the vehicle it was due to the friendly, professional and honest service I received that tipped the scale!! Whilst looking online for a Ford Mondeo Estate to replace our much loved Subaru, we came across Carmatched.com purely by accident. After a short phone call to establish it was more or less what we had in mind, we set off straight away to Broadstairs, hoping that the enthusiastic description we had had from Rupert, the proprietor, was not just sales talk. After three hours on very busy roads we were not in a very receptive frame of mind, but Rupert greeted us warmly and there was no pushy sales talk, just a thoughtful explanation of how everything worked. After a quick spin we liked the Ford Mondeo. Rupert's daughter, Autumn, was also very helpful and friendly, making us feel completely at ease. The negotiated part exchange was fair and we collected it a week later. We were treated with respect by Rupert, his daughter and wife, Kirsty, throughout with consideration and friendliness, patiently replying to all our questions and offering every assistance possible. Ten miles home along the M2 we both agreed we had bought an exceptional car. One week on we are really thrilled with it. Well if you want a good honest dealer who does what it says on the tin speak with Rupert at Carmatched. Bought my C Max from Rupert sight unseen, first seeing it upon collection. Rupert had done just as he said over the phone, it was serviced, including new discs and pads plus brake fluid change; not many main dealers would do that for you. The car was already taxed and literally transferred the cash and drove it away. A problem I had with the DAB radio was sorted without any issues Rupert supplying me with a replacement radio unit after he paid for a main dealer to do a diagnostic check. Carmatched are truly a fantastic find with his son in law and daughter servicing the cars in there own well equipped, with four car lifts, garage. When it’s time to change our A Class Mercedes we will be making Rupert our only port of call.
