Bought a car 10th june then after 2 weeks problems started. Ask for refund was told no they would repair. The car has been in and out of garage more times than had at home address. Today is 18 September which is 3 months and still in garage with fault. Very unhelpful staff feels like they don't care and ignore me. Would never buy or recommend them as so stressful and made me ill.

Advertised Suzuki S Cross with 5,000 miles. I rang them on a number of occasions and put deposit down. When it came to going through paperwork, I was asked ‘did Michael tell you about the mileage?’ I was then told odometer had been replaced and that the true mileage was 25k. Bunch of time wasters. Avoid.

Bought a vehicle from them, had over £7,000 crash damage to the vehicle. Spent hours trying to get warranty detail they couldn’t provide, they had repaired my car once and lied about the repairs carried out and could not provide any proof of the repairs or the health/saftey check they carried out. I would avoid this dealership at all cost!!

Darren was so great in helping me get my car, even with the pandemic and everything going on. He was so professional and helpful. I highly recommend their service.

Good welcome by receptionist at the Car Store Peterborough and offer of drink while she found an advisor to speak to us. Pleasant advisor and good test drive of the vehicle we were interested in and we decided to buy with the proviso that they fixed some scratches and scuffs on the dashboard, supply some mats and put some fuel in it to get it home that day. All went well with admin to drive away that afternoon but when my wife was on the road there was hardly enough fuel to get to a garage. They must have put £5 worth in at most! We received a letter from the manager to assure us they would fix the marks on the dashboard as soon as he had some quotes for the work to be done and that he would try to find some mats for us when we brought the car back for dashboard repair. My wife rang a couple of time’s after that to see if we could arrange repair and no-one could help. The manager then rang back and said he was still waiting for quotes to do the work required and he would call us back. We’ve heard nothing since. I now doubt we ever will....

I bought a car a week ago from Car Store Peterborough, i was willing to pay £500 cash & the rest on card they refused to accept the cash & the customer service was awful before driving from Cardiff i asked if the car has any damages or marks i was told its in excellent condition upon arriving i noticed the car had scratches four different parts of the body and they wouldn't reduce the price if that was case i wouldn't have driven 4 hours not happy at all would never buy from their the staff need to learn people skills the only decent person very accommodating was lady called Marry in reception i would rate this place a 1*

I was sold after sales Insurance by Car Store in Peterborough and when I suffered loss I found out that I cannot make a claim on the Insurance.

Car Store Peterborough is the worst car store ever, son was treated like royalty when purchasing the car then the problems began engine light on been back three times to be told part is on order I went to parts supplier myself to be told they have the part but car store Peterborough are on stop as account not paid as you can see this place is a joke from some very disgruntled customers
