Service at Car Store Peterborough is bad, bought a BMW a couple of weeks ago, had problem with wipers water nozzle , it was blocked and then wiper blades were worn out.Took Leicester branch to get it unblocked no respond from Peterborough branch until I raised a complaint on website.. never take calls and head office makes false promises. I have also doubt about AA 128 points checks since car had problem with wipers system and it had passed sticker by AA. Also car had stain marks and not properly valeted before sold. I would suggest to think twice before make decision to purchase any car from CAR STORE.

WE WERE ASSISTED WITH OUR PURCHASE BY CAR STORE CREW MEMBER AT THE PETERBOROUGH BRANCH CALLED RYAN BROWN. WE FOUND HIM TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HAD A GENUINE PASSION FOR CARS. HE IS A CREDIT TO THE FIRM AS HE ENJOYED HIS JOB. HE WENT ALL OUT AND LOOKED AFTER US REALLY WELL.
