I purchased a BMW from here back in July and i am really pleased with it! its perfect! I have had no issues with it at all and it was really nicely cleaned and in good condition. The dealers have been extremely helpful and I would 100% recommend them.

I could not use this dealership again, the car has needed over 1500 pounds worth of repairs and they do not service their cars. Wish I had not purchased the vehicle to be honest. Do not recommend them.

Very happy with my Vauxhall Astra from Car world. The dealers were really helpful. I have had the car for around 3 months not and so far I have nothing bad to report. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I bought a Mercedes from Car World in April. I have had no issues with the car at all everything went smoothly and the car was very good value for money. The sales team were very friendly and helpful and I would recommend anyone to use this dealership.

Car World were fine, it was a easy, standard transaction with no real problems. My dad also bought a car from them shortly after me and also had a good experience. I absolutely love my car, its so nice to drive and look pretty much brand new.

Unfortunately my experience has not been a good one, primarily due to the numerous faults with the car. When I drove away from the dealership it had absolutely no petrol and broke down almost immediately. Since then the gear selector went and I'm convinced they didn't service the vehicle. The repairs have been made through the warranty company but I didn't appreciated having faults so immediately after buying the car.

This was actually my first time buying from the dealership and I have to say I was very pleased, the car has been excellent and although I cannot speak for all the staff the salesman I was dealing with was very good. I would certainly consider buying from them again in the future.

I had an absolutely dire experience at Car World Peterborough. Stay well clear of this used car dealer. Purchased a Volvo C70 from Car World. Agreed with the sales person that some dents on the car would be fixed prior to me collecting the car. Arrived to collect it none of the work had been carried out. Three trips back to Car World and they had still hadn't been able to get all the dents out. Then the doors started opening when driving. Eight weeks in their workshop and they couldn't fix the problem. Tried to reject the car when I first encountered the problem after taking advice. Found that I couldn't unless I was prepared to pay for a litigation lawyer. Carworld were not prepared to give me any money back, courtesy car or allow me to reject the car or entertain an alternative solution. Absolutely disgraceful service. Now a year later I am rejecting the car after my experience was escalated to the financial ombudsman for the very same reasons I tried to reject it a year ago. STAY WELL AWAY!!!!

I had a slight issue - chipped window-screen it had been repaired but it was still noticeable, didnt notice till i got the car home I wasn't told about it - other than that the service, car and staff were brilliant. I really recommend Car World Peterborough/ Car World Supermarket for their great valued cars and helpful customer service.
