I had decided on a particular make and model...and Carbase had one. I went to have a look on the Saturday...the salesman was competent and knowledgeable, but made no attempt to apply pressure. He gave straight answers, sometimes anticipating my next question...and in the end I agreed to buy the car. All the paperwork was dealt with efficiently , including the road tax, and the one minor fault put right before I collected the car,on the Monday night following. I am happy with the car, and I'm comfortable with the price I paid. I will certainly check out Carbase again next time.

Having previously purchased a vehicle from Carbase clearance I knew what to expect, however it was even better than 5 years previously. The sales team were informative, listened to what I was looking for & didn't try and push more expensive choices. Honest advice was given & even though it was a clearance vehicle, little paintwork niggles were rectified as part of the agreed selling price.
