Purchased my first Carbase car today. Mark was great and really informative and nothing was to much trouble. I emailed him a query the day after and he was happy to help. Well recommended.

As a retired motor trade person. I can not fault the service from Carbase. One small hiccup that was not their fault and a simple apology from them. I I cannot fault the service offered by Darren and Mark at Westetrn Super Mare. The second car i have bought from them and do so again.

Good service. All questions answered in a timely and efficient manner. Mark, the Sales Executive stayed on late so we could collect our car nearer the end of the day which was really helpful.

Great communication, resolved any issues I had and went away happy I'd made the right choice. 2nd car this year we have bought as a family from Carbase and would happily return for our next one.

Now what can I say about Neil manville he was absolutely exceptional from start to end. Thank you The service given was excellent in spite of all the covid restrictions. From the 1st vist he made me feel welcome all the staff involved were excellent,helpful and communication was prompt,polite and very helpful.  Neil even had a lesson on emails ( always check your junk ) 😁. My new car is amazing and I’m so happy 😃
