It was a great experience with Carbase. My handover was deal by Keiran Sage. He brilliantly handled the application process and swiftly kept me up to date with each stage. There was one highlight I would like to mention. There was an instant of misguidance from his new manager but Keiran understood my frustration and took ownership of the problem. Does he deserve a pay rise? YES. Does he deserve a promotion?. In years to come YES he will prove his true potential in good time. I would like to see him as a sales manager if I come to buy my next car. I will surely chose Carbase and will happily travel the distance from derby in the future as well. Thanks Keiran and the team.
