It was a great experience with Carbase. My handover was deal by Keiran Sage. He brilliantly handled the application process and swiftly kept me up to date with each stage. There was one highlight I would like to mention. There was an instant of misguidance from his new manager but Keiran understood my frustration and took ownership of the problem. Does he deserve a pay rise? YES. Does he deserve a promotion?. In years to come YES he will prove his true potential in good time. We are located love 9hrs drive away so needed to be sure everything about the car was just what we we Need before traveling down. Kieran was very helpful and professional and he made sure that we were kept informed. On arrival we were met with a friendly smile and a vehicle exactly as promised....and a very good coffee to boot.
