I basically bought a BMW 520 Touring unseen, based on Keirans description,. When I travelled from Inverness to the Weston branch, the car was exactly as explained. Keiran was a very good and compitent salesman, and not the slightest bit pushy. I would definitely recommend Carbase.

I came to view a car from carbase and got approached by a gentlemen called Rich.
Rich asked what kind of car I was looking for and gave me many alternatives which led to me finding the ideal car I wanted. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and didn’t feel pressured into making a decision. I left carbase with my new car with relief that all paperwork was in place. Overall very happy with the service provided, highly recommend.

Kieran was fantastic and helped make my wife and I feel welcome. There was no pressure sale involved and Kieran was polite and took us through the complete buying process very patiently. I would highly recommend Carbase if you need to purchase a car and their part exchange offer for my old car was also very good.
