We found the car we thought we wanted online and visited the site in Weston Super Mare the next day. With so many cars to choose from, we decided on another, and were able to check its specifications with the team which was great - we got exactly the car we wanted. The change of vehicle being purchased didn't phase Neil - he had to move a number of other cars to get to the one we wanted out for a test drive, which was much appreciated. He made the whole experience very enjoyable - no pressure, good natured and he gave a full description of the vehicle, answering the many queries we had. All in very pleasant surroundings. Picking up the car was easy - it was ready in two days and Neil was fully prepared, and the whole thing was hassle free. From initial contact through to vehicle collection I was well looked after by Mark Pedley at the Weston branch. I was offered a fair part exchange on my old vehicle, and a few minor issues with the new car were corrected efficiently and without fuss by the team. It had to go back to main dealer for some of this work (under manufacturers warranty) as Carbase did not want me to take delivery of the vehicle until they were 100% happy with it. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Carbase, and even though it is 200 miles each way from home it's worth the journey as I can't fault the service. I would not hesitate in recommending them or buying from then again in the future.
