From start to finish he listened to our requirements and help us to select the vehicle that would most suit our needs. He didn't rush us or pressurise us into any upgrades or items we didn't need. From initial contact through to vehicle collection I was well looked after by Mark Pedley at the Weston branch. I was offered a fair part exchange on my old vehicle, and a few minor issues with the new car were corrected efficiently and without fuss by the team. It had to go back to main dealer for some of this work (under manufacturers warranty) as Carbase did not want me to take delivery of the vehicle until they were 100% happy with it. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Carbase, and even though it is 200 miles each way from home it's worth the journey as I can't fault the service. I would not hesitate in recommending them or buying from then again in the future.
