I just bought a car from the Weston-Super-Mare site from Neil. It was a fantastic experience and even though i was indecisive and wanted to try several different motors I eventually found what i wanted with Neil's help. Nothing was too much trouble with friendly and knowledgeable advise (not trying to make me pick the dearest car but just giving the facts and letting me decide) This included transporting two cars from the depot in Bristol, and then driving out to Lympsham to see another. Thanks Neil you were fantastic throughout and never got annoyed with me once

I found Carbase very easy to deal with, particularly our contact at the Weston Super-Mare site, Neil Manville who was very helpful and I found to be very honest. We traveled 145 miles to look at the vehicle Neil had personally inspected and had reported back to me on the condition of. All was as Neil had said and we therefore purchased the car. My only complaint would be after having declined the additional insurance cover, a second sales guy tried again to sell us the insurance, annoying! I would however purchase another car from Carbase and would deal with Neil with confidence.
