The communication during and after the purchase of my Range Rover is incomparable to what I have experienced with other dealers in the past. Carlisle Audi have been so forthcoming with information and I have never had any reason to chase. Nathan is fantastic at what he does, he really looked after me when making the purchase and explained everything clearly. On the whole the Range Rover is grand, the only issue I have encountered is with a chip in the windscreen which they are resolving no questions asked.

Oh the A1 is a superb, I absolutely love it! It is a great wee car to drive I really couldn't be happier with it. Lyndsay helped me with the sale and she was incredible, such a nice lady, she was incredible right from the get go. I am so glad I had her to help me out she did everything for me and just made the sale that bit easier! I would most definitely recommend Carlisle Audi, they are incredible!

Carlisle Audi is a first class dealership, there is nothing more I could have wanted from them to improve my experience. I bought an A3 from them and it is a lovely car, it feels like a little slice of luxury inside and out. Mathew was an informative and friendly salesman throughout. Top marks.

Carlisle Audi are absolutely superb! I had my most recent vehicle and previous vehicle from them and have encountered no faults. Lyndsay handled both sales and she is brilliant, she was the first person I asked for when I came to upgrade my car. The sales, servicing and facilities in this branch are the whole 9 yards. Carlisle Audi is actually 1hr 30 down the road from me and I have another dealership closer but I choose to come back here every time because they are unmatched and that speaks volumes. I am in the trade myself and have nothing but praise for the people here, they are so personable! Five stars is not enough they deserve ten at least!

I have used Carlisle Audi in the past for services on my Audi's but not bought from them before. The team were always really good to deal with and the services were completed to a high standard. I really wanted to upgrade to an A3 so when one caught my eye at CA it was a no brainer! The standard of the customer service was just as good with the sales team and Phil is very good at what he does. Would defo buy from here again and I will see you all soon enough for my service!

There has been two recent purchases with Carlisle Audi from my family, our daughter purchased a A1 with help from Graham and I purchased a Q3 with Lyndsay. Both my daughter and I are very happy with the vehicles and service provided. I hadn't used Carlisle Audi before but they had exactly what I was looking for and they have a great reputation so I was confident to approach them. When I saw it in person the Q3 really did tick the boxes, it has good hight and a much more spacious boot compared to my Golf. Lyndsay was fantastic throughout the buying process and explained everything clearly. Since the purchase I have been getting on really well with my Q3 and so has my daughter with her A1. We love out new cars. Thank you so much.

Gosh my I must have bought somewhere in the realms of 12-15 cars from Carlisle Audi! (and its nearly caused me a divorce 12-15 times 😂 but I keep coming back!) So its safe to say I am a very satisfied and loyal customer! The service is always first class and Dan on the sales team is one of their best! My most recent purchase is a Q5, its a gorgeous car inside and out and it's definitely fast enough. Safe to say I'll be seeing you all again soon when I am ready for another one.

My RS4 is an extremely impressive car, it sounds absolutely beautiful and if you don't blink it'll turn your head for sure. It was amazing to deal with someone like Mathew who was on the same wavelength as me and very car minded. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Carlisle Audi is a 5 star dealership and I would highly recommend them, especially if you're looking for a specific Audi model!

I am a first time user of Carlisle Audi and given my overall experience I would be more than happy to use them again in the future. The customer service was absolutely fantastic, I was blown away by Phil and the rest of the team. They are all so approachable and efficient. My E-Tron GT is a very impressive piece of kit, I've owned similar cars in the past so I had adapted to this one quickly.
