Purchased a Mercedes clk 220 from Cars Yard in August , advertised with 2 sets of keys and all functionable , went to collect it after going through finance and all and the second key didn’t work . They pretended not to know about it ,like they just discovered that then and there , took us for stupid , Apparently the key had rust , said they would fix it , never got back to us , not even with one text , we had to contact them constantly and after nearly 2 months we still haven’t got the second key . Car not great , cd changer doesn’t work , tyres in worst condition ever , now we just have to check it and see how much is going to last . Would not recommend to anyone . Don’t let yourself fooled by the talk and check properly absolutely everything about the car . I would have not thought that you could lie about a key that you dropped it in water and it’s all rust yet you charge for it . Now I have to take a good amount and purchase a Mercedes key which is not cheap or just go legal and sort it out .

Regarding you CLK key set as you mentioned you been calling us serval time & we not responding that unfortunately not true because we answer all phone call from our company number to respond to new costumers .
We have proof that's we have texting you in your phone number end with 0059 to arrange a date for you to bring the vehicle to us for the key specialist to create new key as the old key is unfixable as we told you that on day 1. but unfortunately you never respond and we made the key specialist to visit you in your home address as you are not available and we have paid £200.00
Regarding your CLK tyre all our vehicle need to pass MOT and will change all necessary advisory needed by the MOT TESTER otherwise would not PASS.
Regarding CLK CD Changer you have viewed & test drive by you and your wife the vehicle before purchasing and you was so happy to buy it after 4 times view visit and we was very patient with you and with the decision you made.
NOTE: The customer didn't inform us about his dangers & unprofessional driving while he was test driving the vehicle & we took the risk without any complain about his driving as he is left driver and never drove right side before.

Bad customer service bought car 3 months later engine blows up and cars yard ltd won't do anything about it court case no pending.
