I took delivery of a vehicle on March 17th. By 29th may, 1000 miles on clock, it had broken down, & towed by RAC to here. Move forward to 12th August, my car hasn't been repaired and had been taken to Hyundai head office 250 miles away. Im stuck in a crappy hire car through motability as the dealer where not interested, neither are hyundai customer services. 11 weeks now in an unsuitable hire car and zero communication from this dealer. Motability are rejecting the car citing the Consumer Act legislation and I'm awaiting £2,000 to be refunded to me from the dealer, yet when I call them and speak to James at the dealer I'm told that their head office is dealing with things and I'm not able to contact them, despite their head office on the companies house register being located at their very same premises. I fail to understand why they have no accountability and no email access to forward my concerns on. More like they CBA. Its motability rejecting the car , not myself!!. In the meantime as a disabled driver stuck in a hire car totally unsuitable for my needs, the stress of all this, being owed £2,000 prevents me from ordering another motability vehicle. Apparently cars2 have a customer charter around customer care, seriously??. The right thing to do from a reputable dealer would be to put things right for their customer by getting me into another brand new vehicle or refunding me the £2,000 owed instead of dilly dallying around by refusing to communicate with motability and myself.

First and last car from this dealership, called in this morning with my "engine management light" showing only to be told they could book it in for the first week of September. I explained to the assistant that i/we are driving to Southampton on Friday for our holidays and didn't want to risk it but got the same response again so I asked to speak to the manager and after a couple of minutes he appeared. I explained the situation again to him and he just repeated what the lady had said about September, at that point I said "so if we set off for Southampton and break down leading us to miss our holiday what happens then?" to which he replied "that's not my concern is it" What an attitude for a manager, they have lost any future business from me and I'll tell others about there poor service and attitude to customers.

I don't have even collection day yet and no one knows when car will be ready. I wouldn't buy anything from you if I would know it will be 2 weeks plus waiting to collect second hand car. No one feels responsible for this situation and im treated like what the hell I want from them - they are perfect and amazing. I can't also get full refund because we have agreement in place (yea but what about me? If I would be late with payment for you I will get penalty fees) but you can do whatever you want. I won't gave up on deposit i paid. I haven't changed mind, you failing to deliver car to me which I want and I paid deposit for. So if delay is from your fault why the hell I can't receive full refund? Collection date was rescheduled 3 times and we end up without any collection date at the moment. Today I noticed you put this car for sale again on your website without any contact with me (I thought you paying deposit to secure and reserve car) I had a lot of headache rescheduling insurance, cancelling, buying new one. I also lost money on it. Bought 9 cars already in past and never had such a bad experience. Better look for car somewhere else if you don't need hassle and headache. We bought a car for 18000 from here. Stupidly we didn't check the Internet before we signed. When we arrived home my son asked to see the new car online. When we logged on it was advertised for £17450. I called and was told it was an admin error and they would not do anything, nor would they return our deposit. Would we buy from here again, absolutely not. Although they technically haven't broken the law we want to buy from dealerships who we feel are honest and have I integrity.I

I went to this car dealership and quite frankly the staff were rude I paid 500 quid deposit on my credit card I was promised that 250 would be refunded it never has I also paid for 50 quid of petrol that was never there. I was mucked about several times to pick the car up amd spent hours waiting. Karl was so rude he did not show me round the car. As soon as the deal was done he was off. No after care nothing. I have tried to complian about refund but it's just a online chat so got no further but still trying. Please wish me luck

Called into Wakefield hyundai yesterday the young lady that looked after us was called Jess very attentive very experienced in customer service she's a little star she made our visit very pleasant and it was Jess that sorted our issue out.
