Went looking to upgrade my car. Was net by friendly staff. Looked round with no pressure. Found my dream car and the deal was. Smooth, easy, car by. Could of drove away the same night but I couldn't find my licence but found it the next day. Deal done within 24hrs. Would definitely recommend car shop.

If there was a minus 5 stars, then I would rate the Carshop Manchester and the group in general this. The whole experience was soured by their lack of after sales support which in truth was none existent. Nobody in the management team who sell you the cars answer or return your calls you are left to deal with a call centre in a different city, who just give you the corporate line via emails. I can honestly say it was the worst car buying experience we have had in all the years we have purchased new and nearly new cars. I would never again use them or any of the Sytner Group outlets if this is how they deal with customers once they have taken your money. The car we bought was not a cheap or old car just 12 months old and cost just over 20K.

Bought a 2017 Mazda 6 from Manchester with a faulty differential. Took car in to be fixed at Warrington was told it was 4 loose wheel nuts?!?! Absolute rubbish! Had the car in a proper garage 10 days prior to carshoo looking at it and was told it was the differential. 3 weeks later back in the carshop Warrington on a Saturday had to ring customer services at half 5 for an update. Had to ring them back again Sunday after being promised I would gear from someone?? Diagnosis - Car has a faulty differential, who would have guessed? Had to take spare key to pick my car up as they had locked mine in a safe box and gone home for the weekend. Told car is safe to drive until they book it in at a specialist and they have no courtesy cars available. Still haven't had anyone ring me to fix my car, phone branches you get put through to customer services who don't do anything useful.
Chantel organised a full service and MOT on my car I had bought from the Car Shop Manchester, a few weeks earlier. Chantel made sure everything was done and informed me about any problems that aroused. She was very helpful and acted in a professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you.
went into the car shop manchester today and was met by a very friendly gentleman called Adam .who explained everything to us and asked us what type of car we were looking for he showed us and then left us to browse .we then saw a couple we liked and he kindly got the keys and chatted about the cars .He was very knowledgable and not pushy .This led us to purchase the vehicle .

at 1,30pm phoned and booked an appointment for 10am following day. Got there early following day to be told you missed your appointment, it was yesterday. SO OBVIOUSLY YOU CAN BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AT A TIME BEFORE YOU ACTUALLY CALL TO BOOK APPOINTMENT!!! Who knew.... The guy was rude, and said Infront of us to another co worker"they missed the appointment it was yesterday so...". Do not use these people the are just rubbish,
Bought a Range Rover evoque, sunglasses holder was broken and hanging down said would be replace great, took car away that evening next day motorway journey, humming/ droning noise from rear, ear piercing horrible, and when come off motorway applied brakes could feel peddle pulsing and feel it in seat suggesting rear brake are warped or warn, stop start not working phoned up customer services took the car in courtesy car given great be a couple days they will call me a week went past no phone call so ring customer service to be told it’s been invoiced ready to, so go to pick my car given invoice for work carried out for my records walk outside none of the work was even carried out that was on invoice still had old parts fitted to car , went back inside no managed Bumped into AJ who was more than happy to go above and beyond and it’s not even his department to deal with he comes out agrees with me says will sort it great next day get call of AJ it’s getting done today and also replacing the rear brakes as they aren’t great but was meant to be the rear brake getting replaced anyway for the fault not the front so bad diagnosis from technician but new brakes all round mint so was happy, get car back later today so happy with AJ for helping and sorting it, and would love to give him 5stars for everything however I’m scoring as a business/ not a single person, however my car is still making a horrible noise from rear droning noise and it’s Christmas so have to wait for them to open I can take it back worse part is this car has had 141point inspection before purchase and they didn’t spot the warn brakes or the stop/start not working sounds like prep team are rushing or being lazy if I did this at BMW I would be in the office having a disciplinary if I missed these and causing a unhappy customer
