I love the car it's absolutely brilliant, and Shah the salesman who dealt with me was great. I wasn't happy how the car was presented to me initially though. When I got home I started checking things, all the tyres were deflated, no dust caps, no washer fluids in the wipers, electric windows don't work, Plus 20 litres of AdBlue was needed to be put in it. It's just disappointing that it wasn't checked over before the sale despite them saying it was. 4 star review. I would definitely have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the above issues.

The guy who handled the sale was lovely and communicative, his name was Shah. He made sure to send me a video of the car to make sure I liked it because my dad went to see it initially. I'm still dealing with an aftercare issue though - one of the keys was damaged. The last email from them said they can't sort it and to go to a different dealer and they will reimburse me which isn't great. I had to give 4 stars due to the key issue, but I am happy with my experience.

The experience was really good. To be honest I saw the vehicle on Autotrader so I phoned them up and put some figures together to see if the car would be suitable. It was quite a fast process once I had found the car I liked. I dealt with most of it over the phone with the guys and then went in to fill in the documents then drove it away. Pretty good experience across the board, there's nothing I can knock them down for really.

I recently purchased an Audi A1 from CarTime. This is my first Audi, and I am really enjoying it. I use it pretty much as a daily car, and it is just great. I would recommend an Audi. My experience with CarTime was great. Mohammed, who helped me on the day, was really helpful and professional, as were all the staff I met. I would definitely go back in the future.

I saw the car on AutoTrader and went down to view and do a part-exchange. I thought the exchange price was reasonable and what I was looking for. I did have to take it into a local garage near me as I had a issue with it but CarTime paid and took car of it without any issues. I am really enjoying the car now and haven't had any further issues with it.
