The Dacia Duster is okay and up to expectation. The person I dealt with at Cartime was very helpful. There’s nothing specific I can think of that would have bumped it up to a five, but five would be perfect. There’s always room for improvement. although I would recommend

I have had a few problems with the Nissan at first, but Cartime have sorted them out for me. One of the issue was that the air con needed some work, and they were supposed to fix a tear on the inside of the door at the same time however, the tear was not sorted. This was a bit of an issue as I live far ay from the dealership. They did arrange or local garage in Bolton to do the work in the end, which was good.

Travelled 3 hours to Cartime because they had the Toyota C-HR that I wanted in stock, as this was the car I was specifically looking for. On the day I spoke to Noel who was great, he got me a really good deal. I would consider buying from them again in the future

Just passing by and saw the car on the forecourt. Noel was really good, he sorted everything over emails and messages. Things moved pretty quickly. Good handover and the car was clean on collection. It's going great with the car I got from Cartime.

The BMW X3 has been fine and my experience at CarTime wasn't too bad overall. There were a few problems, but nothing major. The main issue was trying to get the service history that was offered at the start, although I did eventually receive it. I also had to get the wheels balanced because they were shaking when I got the car. That is what it is, though, and I wasn't too focused on that. Other than those points, the customer service on the day was fine. Overall, I'd recommend CarTime.

Everything was great from start to finish, can't fault them. My previous car was written off, and I had my eyes on a Cupra Formentor. Cartime in Bury happened to have the best deal on one. I have recommended them already to my colleagues.

This is my first electric car, and I really like it. I should've done it earlier, really. It's much cheaper to run, it's smoother, and I'm getting on really well with the Polestar. Jason was good to deal with. He was knowledgeable, quick at getting everything we needed done, and understood that I was travelling two and a half hours each way. Communication was clear throughout, they held the car for us once I'd put a deposit down, and everything was nice and smooth on the day
