We bought the Nissan Micra online and then went to CarTime to collect it. The team was very informative, and I’ve already managed to do a few journeys in the car, it’s been good so far. However, it does need front discs and pads, which I’m currently in the process of resolving.

I dealt with Pip he was excellent and really patient. My wife found them online and I'm glad I went. The only thing is they took a while to pay the settlement figure for my existing finance which meant another finance payment came out in the mean time. 4 star review but would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the finance issue.

Bradley has been excellent from start to finish regarding the whole process of me part-exing my vehicle for a different one. Although my choosen vehicle sale fell through due mechanical errors, we have managed to overcome this issue and work out a different deal. In terms of customer experience, I would highly recommend Brad, cant fault him. Time will tell how well the vehicle will hold up however, Brad was a nice guy to deal with.

I've got no complaints about the service I have received from the staff at Cartime. I've been unlucky with the vehicle needing recovery but this is not due to anything Cartime has done. If anything they have been great and diligent, and the warranty has got it all sorted out.

This was the first experience I have ever had like this, and he literally sat with me for two whole days going through everything with me, answering all my questions and making sure I understood.
