They let me look around the car myself in my own time and they gave me all the details that I needed. The whole process took half an hour when I picked the car up, it was really good. I don't think they could improve anything to be honest they were great.

l bought a mini and it is lovely, so happy with it. I was looked after superbly,
With everything sorted out so I could drive away there and then ,car is spotless and even had a valet before I left. I award a 5 for my experience however I have phoned twice to ask for a print out of the receipt and what I'd signed up for and paid for!! It was all done on line but I haven't the facility to down load or print it. I really need this but after asking twice and promised twice I still haven't received the paper work .
