Everything's been spot-on really. Service-wise everything's been fine and I've got nothing bad to say about Mohammad and the guys who assisted me at Bury. I've got an intermittent fault with my child lock which needs sorting. They said I could take the car back to Cartime Bury for diagnostic, but I'd rather take it somewhere closer to home in Wigan if possible. I'll follow that up with them via email actually whilst I remember! very satisfied with all they've done for me so far so I'm scoring 5/5.

Noel at Cartime Bury was absolutely fantastic. He was really helpful with a lot of things I needed, and what I liked most was the fact that he wasn't pushy in the slightest. I've had a couple of lights come on the dash since so I've deducted half a point for that, but I'm pretty happy otherwise.

All's good with the car and I'm happy with my choice. Just need to get the issue with the horn sorted ASAP.

I had a great initial interaction with Lee the manager, which continued through the sales process with the salesman. Nothing was too much trouble. I would buy from them again, and I have already started recommending them!

Despite having to replace the wet belt three weeks ago (ouch!), everything else has been absolutely fine. To be completely fair to them, Cartime could never have known the belt was on its way out. It's just one of those things! Hassan delivered exceptional customer service and I'm still very happy.

Buying my Mazda MX from Cartime was a wonderful experience! The car itself is fantastic — I absolutely love it. It was actually the first vehicle I’ve ever bought without seeing it in person, so it was a bit of an unusual situation, but Noel was fabulous throughout. Very happy indeed!

The sales process when buying my car from Cartime was good, and I was pleased with the price of the car. I have had some issues with the aftersales as there's an issue with the air conditioning. They were helpful and told me to bring the car in so they could take a look, but nothing ended up being completed, which felt like a bit of a waste of a morning. Even though this has affected my experience, I would still give them 4 stars.

I do love my new Mini Countryman! I’ve had Minis for a while now, and sadly my old Mini died, so I was on the lookout for another. We found the perfect one for me at Cartime. Hassan, who was helping my husband and I was great, really helpful and even arranged for the car to be delivered from Manchester to Kent, which was much appreciated. Even though it’s quite a distance, I would buy from Cartime again, hopefully not anytime soon though!
