So far so good with my DS DS7. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I'm still waiting to receive an email regarding bringing my car back for a service. Kevin was the salesman on the day and he was brilliant, he even came in on his day off and you can't ask for anymore than that.

So far everything is okay with my Kia, there hasn't been any issues with the vehicle since getting it. I had some concerns at the dealership but it all got sorted in the end.

Really enjoying my new car. I went from a manual to an automatic and I couldn’t be more pleased. It is such a great drive. Everything went well at the dealership. The customer service was good and the staff were all nice. I took the car for a test drive and felt I got long enough to really get a feel for the car and know that it was the one. Would recommend!

I use the vehicle every day since I bought it and it hasn't let me down. It is a lovely vehicle. I was pleased with the service I received from Callum. The car was immaculate when I took it away, cleaned and prepared with no faults at all. The only reason I’m not giving full marks is because I had to wait longer than expected when picking up the vehicle but apart from that I really couldn’t be happier.

Perfect experience all around, no complaints at all, I was in and out with the car on the same day, super quick and simple process. Thank you to Noel who helped with the sale he was great and couldn't have made it an easier experience.

My experience with car time was brilliant. No pussy salesmen, they just let me browse the vehicle and answer all the enquiry with ease. The car I purchase is brilliant no issue whatsoever. I highly recommend Car Time.

The team at the dealership were great. I was able to take the car on a proper test drive, and Hassan showed me all the functions of the car. The MG I purchased has had no issues, so the overall experience has been perfect.

When I first visited CarTime Bury to look at vehicles, I dealt with a gentleman named Noel who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I decided to purchase my first electric car, the Volkswagen ID.3. I’m really enjoying the car so far. However, when I returned a week later to collect it, Noel was on holiday and I dealt with a different gentleman. Unfortunately, I wasn’t given a clear explanation of how to use some of the features, so I’ve had to figure it out myself. For that reason, I would rate the experience four stars.
