I've got no complaints about the service I have received from the staff at Cartime. I've been unlucky with the vehicle needing recovery but this is not due to anything Cartime has done. If anything they have been great and diligent, and the warranty has got it all sorted out.

Good experience with Cartime. Customer service was fine, I don't know the name who dealt with me but he was excellent. The vehicle is nice and smooth I'm enjoying it. It was my second time using Cartime and I would absolutely go back. I've already recommended my friend who has already bought from them and he will be coming back too. 5 star review.

Mark was just absolutely amazing. This was the first experience I have ever had like this, and he literally sat with me for two whole days going through everything with me, answering all my questions and making sure I understood. He made the whole process so easy for me, and I am really pleased with my vehicle. I am enjoying it a lot and would definitely go back to CarTime in the future.

Maybe I could have received a little bit more information regarding the car but otherwise it all went well enough. Sean looked after me on the day and he was a nice guy. This was my first time visiting CarTime and I'm happy with my Audi A6 AVANT, it's running perfectly for now.
