We’ve had a few post-sale issues, such as not yet receiving the V5 or the emergency puncture kit. The spare key hasn’t arrived either, it was sent out, but the package arrived opened. We’ve spoken with Cartime about this, and it’s all in hand and being sorted. Other than those post-sale hiccups, the BMW itself is doing fine, we’re very happy overall and would still rate the experience 5 stars.

I have to say, I’m really loving my new car. I did have a few issues during the purchase process, though. When I called ahead to view the car (as it had still been in the workshop during my first visit), I was told it would be ready. However, when I arrived, it was still in the workshop. That said, the team did pull the car out for me to view, and I completely understood that they hadn’t had the car long so seeing it a bit dirty wasn’t a problem. After purchasing the car. Communication became quite limited, and things weren’t very clear. I had a phone call to finalise everything and assumed it was all sorted, but it turned out there was still some outstanding paperwork that needed completing. When I contacted the salesman who sold me the car, he told me it had been booked in for delivery. On the day of delivery, I rang to check what time it was arriving and only then found out about the incomplete paperwork. In the end, my husband and I went to collect the car ourselves that day, which was no problem—we just would have appreciated a heads-up so we could plan accordingly. Overall, the staff I spoke with were polite, listened to my concerns, and took everything on board. So while there were some bumps in the process, I can't fault the staff, and my overall experience was still good.

My Jazz is doing alright. The only problem I have is the logbook hasn't arrived yet and the car wasn't cleaned when I took collection of the car, I don't if they forgot maybe but it's 5 stars from me.

My car from Cartime is doing fine but the service provided to me could have been better, sadly it took the excitement out of buying the car for me. But, overall my new car is doing fine and I can't fault it, which is good.

I would recommend Cartime Bury to friends and family because our salesperson, Hamza, was friendly accommodating and not at all pushy. I had lots of questions and he was able to answer most straight off, and those he couldn't, he found out from somewhere else. All in all it was a seamless and painless process and the car was exactly as advertised. We couldn't have been happier with the car and the service from Hamza.

The experience was ok. I bought a car initially from them but there was a fault with it so they gave us a similar newer car instead which was good. It was really good how they dealt with everything. 4 out of 5.

The service I received from Cartime was amazing and I cannot fault them at all. My car is doing really well with no issues. The customer service was brilliant and they turn around time for the car was really good, car was ready within a couple days which is just brilliant.
