My dealings with CarTime were good. Maybe a 3 though because to find the car can't fast charge and the dealer had obviously not checked that implies a lack of familiarity with EVs that obviously needs to be improved.

Booked an appointment with Noel to view and drive a Tesla. I have to say I was very happy with the experience and the way in which Noel conducted himself, very friendly, professional and straight talking which I appreciated. Even spent time on his day off sorting the car for me which is above and beyond what was expected, and crucially....he had the car almost fully charged up for me! Top man and much appreciated. 5*

I would say I had a very average experience with CarTime. I haven't purchased a car for a while, but it was very underwhelming. Now of course you don't want to be jumped all over when purchasing a car, but I feel a bit of enthusiasm from the staff at the dealership is needed. I felt I had to push to get attention when walking in to discuss cars. It was a very quick process as I knew which car I wanted to get. I was told when I picked it up it would come with the charger and service history. However, when I came to pick it up, there wasn't any of the history and I had to push and wait around to get the charger because I was not leaving without one. I came at 10am to pick up and didn't get the charger until ten to eleven. Finally, after getting this, another salesman was brought out to try and start selling me extras. I just felt it was already too late to try to do that and went off home. Now to be fair to the dealership, I love the car, I am thoroughly enjoying it and haven't had any issues with it. I feel there is just some need for improvement in certain areas.

After buying from the Bury branch of Cartime, I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future when buying another car. The staff were amazing and perfect, I couldn't fault them. We spent all day there due to an issue with the finance company, but the staff went above and beyond keeping us comfortable. Everything is great with the vehicle as well, I've done so much driving since collecting. I would give them 10 out of 5 if I could
