Up to now everything has been smooth sailing. It was the first time we had used Cartime. We were a bit reluctant at first as I don’t think the reputation was the best, however we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. We dealt mainly with Az who was lovely. There was no pressure during the sale at all. We went in, had a look, agreed on the price and purchased the car. It was very much an in and out service without any hassle. The car was cleaned immaculately for us. We really can’t complain and they deserve nothing less than five stars.

I was just browsing the market when I came across a car at Cartime Bury. The car is doing well overall, aside from one minor issue the back window only closes using the app. It’s not a major problem, just a nuisance if we open it and have to close it. The car is great, runs good and no problems when driving it. The staff at the dealership were excellent to deal with and very helpful throughout the sale.

This is my third car from Cartime, and all I can say is that the experience was perfect. My new car is performing really well and is exactly what we were looking for. The experience was good. The car was supposed to go back in to get some stitching work done though, but no one has gotten back to me yet. Customer service from Noel was brilliant, I was looked after on the day, they gave me refreshments etc. I'd consider going back there.

The car is good, it has been fine but there was 2 marks on it on the day, I missed the first appointment to get them sorted so I'll be re booking it shortly. Noel was great, helpful, went through everything regarding the car, there was some difficult things he had to overcome, too.

We’ve had a few post-sale issues, such as not yet receiving the V5 or the emergency puncture kit. The spare key hasn’t arrived either, it was sent out, but the package arrived opened. We’ve spoken with Cartime about this, and it’s all in hand and being sorted. Other than those post-sale hiccups, the BMW itself is doing fine, we’re very happy overall and would still rate the experience 5 stars.

I have to say, I’m really loving my new car. I did have a few issues during the purchase process, though. When I called ahead to view the car (as it had still been in the workshop during my first visit), I was told it would be ready. However, when I arrived, it was still in the workshop. That said, the team did pull the car out for me to view, and I completely understood that they hadn’t had the car long so seeing it a bit dirty wasn’t a problem. After purchasing the car. Communication became quite limited, and things weren’t very clear. I had a phone call to finalise everything and assumed it was all sorted, but it turned out there was still some outstanding paperwork that needed completing. When I contacted the salesman who sold me the car, he told me it had been booked in for delivery. On the day of delivery, I rang to check what time it was arriving and only then found out about the incomplete paperwork. In the end, my husband and I went to collect the car ourselves that day, which was no problem—we just would have appreciated a heads-up so we could plan accordingly. Overall, the staff I spoke with were polite, listened to my concerns, and took everything on board. So while there were some bumps in the process, I can't fault the staff, and my overall experience was still good.
