We bought the car online and got it delivered, the car came on time no delays and nothing that surprised us when it arrived, everything was as shown and described. there hasn't been any issues with the car, I would say the whole process is a smooth one, 5 stars from us.

My Audi A3 seems to be alright no issues so far and it's driving fine. Overall, everything went okay, but I did find it a bit peculiar that they wanted me to pay via bank transfer rather than offering other payment options. Samuel mentioned a full service had been done, but when we looked into the paperwork, it looked like it was typed up.

My dealings with CarTime were good. Maybe a 3 though because to find the car can't fast charge and the dealer had obviously not checked that implies a lack of familiarity with EVs that obviously needs to be improved.
