Purchased a car on 31/01/18 on condition a spare tyre and car mats were included in the deal despite numerous visits and phone calls always being told car mats had been ordered and would be available in the morning I still waiting and when I checked on spare tyre that salesman had put in the boot of car it is half the size of the wheels on car and of no use if Cartime can con people over small cost items then can you really trust the cars they are selling I know for one I would never purchase anything from them ever again and have made sure friends and family and people I work with wouldn’t either

Chose a vehicle and paid £500 deposit, they said it was new in and needed prepping and would be available to collect after the weekend. Monday came and I received a call to postpone the collection as the salesman was off ill. Tuesday came, no call. When I was finally able to make arrangements for Thursday afternoon I went down to the branch to pay the balance and collect the vehicle. They tried to add on an extra £2,000 to the agreed price saying the salesman (who was still off ill?!) had made a mistake. The sales manager came and confirmed this, he must have a really short memory as a week earlier he'd been invited into negotiations and shook my hand when I agreed and signed the deal. I had everything in writing but Cartime refused to honour. I asked for a refund and walked out. Unfortunately this wasn't the last of the drama. Despite many, many phone calls and empty promises from their staff and accounts, it took 5 weeks (and a social media campaign) to get my deposit finally returned. I gave customer services every chance to fix this, yet again they failed to call back when arranged. In the end and after much chasing they said they couldn't and the best they could do was a £50 voucher. I declined as I never plan to go back to them. Please don't reply asking me to email you. :) Cartime Sucks.
