Everything is fine, and the car is lovely. The service was good during the sale, no problems there

I'm enjoying the car, it was a good deal - we had to travel a long way to see the car and it was brilliantly presented. We were missing a seat cover though. We did speak to them about it and they said they'd sort it but we never heard back from them. When we arrived it took them a little while to see to us, but they were extremely busy at the time which couldn't be helped. The salesman talked us through all of the features of the car - he also has an electric car so he was very knowledgeable on the subject. I'd give them 4.5 stars.

I am really happy with my new car. So far, everything has been running as it should. It was a very quick and straightforward process. I came to view it and then picked it up the following day. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Sam was helpful and I have no complaints.

Having recently purchased a BMW 3 Series, I have had no issues and it has been running well. The customer service was good, although towards the end it did feel a bit rushed. Upon collection, the car was fully valeted.

I dealt with Bradley during the sale, he was helpful and made the process really easy. I have no complaints regarding him. However, we later realized the second key wasn’t working. When we called up, we were met with a very obnoxious sales representative who was unhelpful and didn’t seem interested in hearing what I had to say. It dimmed the overall experience, which is a shame. For that reason, I am giving 3 out of 5 stars.
