The MG has been fine. In regard to the buying process, Lee was okay, although the only thing I would mention is we were told we would get a 7 kilowatt charger and only got a 3-pin charger in the end, and the second key we were promised took a little longer to receive than I would have hoped. We did get it in the end. So based on everything, I would give CartTime a four out of five.

Everything is okay with the Volkswagen T-Cross, the salesman was supposed to visit me in regards to a missing part but hasn't yet, aside from there everything was good

Unfortunately my communication with the Sales person pre purchase was underwhelming as was my showroom experience, best described as, all a bit lacksadaisical, however and redeemingly, on a much more positive note. I love the fact the EV Peugeot E3008 GT I purchased meets all my expectations from a quality, value , economy and styling, EV experience perspective. My post sales communication / negotiation with Customer Service Lead Chantelle re some concerns were managed with excellent professionalism (nothing seemed too much) They say the standard of a company is measured by its after sales service, Based on this and Chantelle being amazing, she absolutely redeemed my faith in ‘Cartime’ being an easy 10 out of 10 choice for purchasing a vehicle

The staff were absolutely fine with me at Car time. It took a while waiting for the finance, but it wasn’t Car time’s fault. In conclusion, I am satisfied with the Renault 11.

I recently purchased a Kia from CarTime, and I'm very happy with both the car and the service I received. The car has been great so far, and I've had no issues with it. There wasn't a particular reason I chose it, but it's turned out to be a great choice. The salesman I dealt with was spot on and was always there to help with any queries or issues.
