I recently bought a Toyota Yaris from Cartime Rochdale back in September. Everything went well with the service, and Mohammad was more than helpful. I am still waiting for the parcel shelf, so overall I would give it a 4 out of 5.

I have already done a good amount of driving, and the car has been running well. When I was at Cartime, I dealt with John, who was perfect. He was friendly and helpful, and I would give my experience a 5.

John was really good on the day, and I’ve been enjoying the Golf that I purchased back in September.

My new MG has been great, and the customer service was 5 stars.

I'm doing alright with the car, but I didn't know the car didn't have air conditioning. I am enjoying it though.

The car's been fine overall although I’ve recently noticed an occasional issue with the accelerator jerking slightly, so I’ll need to have that checked out. I’ve reduced my rating mainly due to the waiting times at the dealership which were longer than I’d expected.

Bought my car on the 25th September 2025 and it was Moncef who dealt with me. He was very polite and took me for a test drive he had the car checked and even filled the tank for me when I picked it up. Only 1 thing spoilt it when I got home and looked at my paperwork he failed to tell me there was a recall on my Honda Jazz and now I have had to book an appointment with the Honda dealer who are only based in Bolton 😒 otherwise everything was great. 🙂

The car was in good condition when I bought it, there was one slight problem though but it's booked in at a garage tomorrow to get sorted out. On the whole it was positive experience, they weren't pushy either. I'll give them 4 stars though because there was only 4 days left on the MOT on the test drive, and I asked them to MOT it but it wasn't done before handover. They were very apologetic and sorted it out the next day but it wasn't ideal.

I'm enjoying the car, the only thing was there is an outstanding recall on it that I wasn't made aware of which was really disappointing. The service was brilliant though I couldn't fault it. They were nice and polite, took us for a test drive, it was lovely.
