Bought Hyundai santa fe they sold it knowing they were going into administration.....knowing the gearbox was leaking and said they did a service the daughter of the owner lied and even went to the trouble of doing warranty paperwork ...knowing they were bankrupt and went back they were gone I lost 3k on that car....I had just came out of hospital after being ill for along time I am self employed and still trying to recover that loss as I had to get rid of the car and we now have no family car ...now I noticed the bastards have started up again 2020 keep well clear people

Had a look round various local (and not some not so Local dealer's) but found myself returning here because I felt like I was getting a fair deal. Initial enquiry was done via phone. Asked various questions which were answered honestly and openly. Saw the pictures online but the sales woman took the time to look round the car herself then call me back with an honest opinion on condition. Decided to go and look myself and what she said was spot on. Car was more than fairly priced. I checked the price on car gurus and they had it down as a great deal so can't be bad. Car was very clean inside and out when I collected. Everyone is very friendly. They've been in Business many years and it shows. I would recommend Chapelhouse Car Sales in Cradley Heath to family and friends.

I purchased a car from Chapelhouse Car Sales in Cradley Heath and all I can say is don’t be fooled by the lovely first impressions of the staff, they soon turn and become rude and threatening when a problem arises with your car even a week after purchasing with the warranty. Thank god for my finance company fighting on my behalf. I got 2 of the 16 problems with my car sorted out and eventually gave up on them as I always felt threatened and belittled. When taking the car back for these problems both occasions there were others there damanding their cars be fixed and were met with the same arrogance we had been dealing with! Absolute con men the lot of them!!! Again my finance company have been amazing allowing me to part ex the not fit for purpose car before the usual allowed time of 12 months. BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

The variety of cars was wide ranged, very helpful team, the car I purchased was very clean and presentable on collection. A few minor surface scratches on the bonnet but when I arrived to collect they had been seen to and sorted out. Really highly recommend this dealer!

Brought a car about 2 months ago. Had no problems at all. New 12 mth MOT put on and was given a 3 month warranty. Staff there were great, friendly and didn't beat around the Bush. They said what they would be willing to do and stuck to it. Before I left they took the car into my name on the DVLA website and set up a direct debit for my tax. Was simple and quick.

Saw a car from this dealer advertised on auto trader my partner wanted to go have a look at it so we went down was giving the key to have a look at the car checked it all over everything seemed OK until we noticed a long scratch alongside the drivers side front bumper so I asked if they could maybe knock something off the price for that damage as that wasent pointed out when we inspected the car on top of that we wasn't even allowed to test drive the car because it was too late as they was closing. We had a think about it and decided to leave a deposit on the car because my partner liked the car and they seemed nice enough until we parted with our money. We wasent able to drive home the same night as they said there had to be a few checks done in their garage on the car so we decided we would come back either Monday or Tuesday but when we decided to collect the car he wasn't willing to wait for us because he had to go early bearing in mind we would have been on time to collect it. So at that point the salesman started to show me signs of I'm not sure if we should go through with this deal as his unwillingness to help was enough. Anyway me and my mate decided to go down and asked for the deposit back. he said you ain't getting your deposit back in a angry foul mouthed, so we decided to walk away.
