I have been looking on line for months for a car and zuto finance came up with a car which was good on milege and i dont regret getting it.Staff very helpful getting my car tax sorted out beyond the closing time but they didnt care they just wanted me to be happy with the car without being pushy

About to purchase my fourth Vehicle,any problems I have had,have been addressed in the past. I’m lucky I have a good friend who advises and tells me what to look out for. If you purchase a brand new vehicle,for £20,000 it can breakdown anytime, your covered by the warranty, but sometimes that isn’t what it appears. Mileage,Year,general condition, price,history (thanks to internet),and if your not savie put a holding deposit down bring along expert you trust AA/RAC. Hope this helps

Like other reviews the car I brought had battery and alternator problems within a week of buying i was also promised that the car had AA warranty but when I called AA it expired July 2021!! The Dealership also said that any problems with the car they would pay for and when I called them they refused

I have purchased various cars from chariots, yes I have had problems sometimes, but they have always addressed my problems. Unfortunately the combustion engine. As the four T,s as my fully quality qualified mechanic of many years told me. You must do your research, year,miles, price. Condition of vehicles. Take a qualified person with you, check on line the vehicles history.They give AA warranty if no joy, with chariots go o the AA. Regarding the Three T,s T 1 = Tyres, T2 =is part of a persons body . T3 is Technology Trust me I don’t get fobbed off easily, if these guys tried to rip me off, they wouldn’t get away with it.

When I popped in their place to check out about a particular car for my daughter (as her first car) Mr. Jeff dealt with me very professionally. And when I finally decided to buy that car Mr. Jeff wasn't in the office (he took holiday for two weeks) but Mr. Warren handled the case in very satisfactory manner (even in after sale service). I appreciate it so much. Definitely I recommend Chariots Romford in buying quality used cars.

Like the last person, avoid buying from this company. They sold me a heap of junk back in February. Within the first 5 days, my start motor and battery packed up. Told to take this to 'their' recommended garage round the corner. I also noticed the car wobbling when coming to a halt so I asked the mechanic to look into this, who told me there was no issue.... Low and behold. I have just had my first MOT (with a reliable mechanic) and I have a list of problems as long as my arm, which the mechanic says, would have been sold to me like this. It's basically a death trap. The back wheels are buckled causing the wobble, the exhaust has a major leak, my coil springs are snapped ...... This is just the start. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
💩💩💩💩 I regret the day I walked into their showroom. I have an unreliable car with on going issues. The sales manager is slippery as they come. Please avoid as it is not worth the stress.

I purchased a car from these people the car had many lproblems. I asked for a refund and they said they don't do refunds. Please don't buy from these they turned aggressive towards me. Please go to a decent company this is not it
My son purchased a car from chariots of Romford, with warranty. This vehicle has been bodged with plastic piping used to repair by previous owners or chariots. My son advised the dealer who were not interested. He has only had the vehicle a few months & has had to spend £15000 + to make it roadworthy. After my sons review went on here one of the salesmen called him & said they had never sold him the vehicle. Then used threatening behaviour towards him saying they are taking him to court. AVOID THIS DEALER.
