Bought a car from Chariots of Romford and had numerous problems, all expensive at that. Never again

We bought a beautiful Mercedes from Chariots of Romford last week. The guys were so helpful and responsive from start to finish. We travelled from Ireland to buy the car. They gave us full and honest details before we left home which really helped us to decide the car was for us. When we arrived it was exactly as they described it. We are delighted !

We bought a Vauxhall Astra from Chariots of Romford and traded in our old car. The gentleman that helped us was really lovely and professional and not pushy at all. We love our new car- would highly recommend! :-)

We bought two cars from Chariots of Romford about 5-6 years ago. Both of those cars never had any mechanical issues and I still drive mine to this day. Both cars passed every MOT with no issues. The staff were polite and helpful. We recommend and would go back if we ever need another car.

Really really really bad service at Chariots of Romford, went 3 times to get a car and let down really will not recommend anyone to this place to buy a car, always making stories.

Honestly please do not even do it to yourself, I came to Chariots of Romford even after reading the reviews. I bought a Ford Fiesta, paid £100 deposit for the car, took it away and it broke down on the motorway not even 45 minutes into my journey and I came from Colchester. They took the car back I waited about 6 days only to be told they couldn’t actually fix the vehicle. My deposit of £100 was returned, but I put £20 in the car on leaving, that was not returned although they were asked multiple times. Only care about the sale of the vehicle not even a thought about safety for you or your children. Waste of time and money

Bought a car from chariots of romford a year ago due to il health car has not done a lot since last june, put it through its mot in february car is only worth scrapping.On calling them while warrenty was still in place was told uts invalid as i didnt have a 6 month service done very unhelpful expected better than a year from the car they couldnt care less once they have your money would never go back there or reccomend them to anybody.

When I pointed out that a car had TWO different prices on it the mature salesman was extremely rude! He did not like me pointing out the Goods of Sales Act and said that he didn't have to sell the car to me. He swiftly took the lower price out of the car - this was the car details page and not the large letters on the windscreen so one would expect these particulars to be an accurate price! Really disappointing customer treatment.

I have had three cars from Chariots of Romford and will be purchasing a fourth. I have never had to use the warranties on any of the cars I have bought from them. The staff have a no hard sell attitude, making purchasing a car from them easy and pleasurable. Would recommend Chariots to my friends.
