I would never recommend this company to anyone. Went down Sunday to buy car at 1250£ and was told come back Monday and get it so we can check it over and make sure defo okay. Went down on Monday told was ok so went home. Tuesday comes and the two bsck door and back light stop working and to my shock the front wheel is falling off. Get the wheel changed and I drive down to the garage on the Wednesday where I am met by the most ignorant sales man ever who tells me what do u expect for the price u paid. Really? Who says that to a customer. Wasn't saying that when he was jumping st the sale. Asked to speak to the owner and was told owner won't do anything. So I left very angry. Next day I phoned and asked for owner. After several attempts of asking for owner he came on phone very rudely saying what is this about you have been phoning all day for me to say back no this is first time I have called. I then went on to explain that he was breaking sale of good act on daily item which was not even a week purchased for him to terminate the call. What kind of company does this.

Charles Rooney Car Sales really listened to what I wanted and found me the best car in my budget, all the cars on their forecourt looked really nice. They were friendly yet professional and kept me well informed during the sale. I will be going straight back to them when buying my next car.

Charles Rooney car sales were great, 5/5 for everything during the whole car buying experience I'm very happy. I took the car for a test drive and I loved it, its still running perfectly and we are a good 3 months down the line with no problems at all. I'd definitely recommend this car dealer.

I did encounter a small issue with my car a month after purchasing it from Charles Rooney Car Sales, it was replaced, which I was quite happy about as the dealer resolved it. My reasoning for not recommending the dealership is, although the issue were resolved, I did not expect anything to go wrong in the first place when purchasing the car.

If I get another car put it this way i will be going back to Charles Rooney Car Sales. Listen to everything they included with the car. New cars mats, tax, valet, anti freeze, jump start, gloves, jack and wheel locking nuts. Half the time when you buy cars there is things missing, but not here. I also got a 3 month warranty. Ive been to a few dealers before but nowhere like this, older guy whose been in trade for 30 or 40 years and really knows how to look after his customers. It is not possible for me to recommend a car dealership or anyone higher. My Peugeot 307 and the service i received from Charles Rooney was exceptional
