The dealership offered a good level of customer service on the day. However, after the purchase, I had to wait over a week for the delivery of the car, and the delivery date changed twice. For this reason, I would give it a three-star rating.

My wife has been enjoying the Suzuki. We came across Cheshire Motor Car Sales when we were specifically looking for a Suzuki on AutoTrader. They have some great cars at the dealership, and I’ve already been looking at a few others. We are really happy with everything.

I purchased a Ford Focus online and had it delivered. They sent me a link to the website with all the pictures and information I needed. I also spoke to them a lot over the phone, where they answered all the questions I had. Since the purchase, they have been helpful in resolving a couple of issues I’ve had.

Seen to straight away without any waiting around. It was a really quick process. I took the car home the same day. It honestly couldn’t have been easier. The car was all prepared for me, valeted and ready to go. I have been enjoying it since I got it. No issues and everything is great. The customer service was perfect. I would definitely recommend the guys.
