*UPDATE VAUXHALL ASTRA 2011* Cheshire motor car sales fixed my gearbox and did a test drive. I didn't have to pay anything and they went out of their ways to make sure that my car is okay. They provided me with a courtesy car in the meantime. I was a little bit upset at first but now i'm relieved. I will collect my car this afternoon. :)

The guys were absolutely helpful. Car was just as described. I think it’s your own responsibility to check things before buying as they are dealerships so can’t really fault them. Would definitely recommend to others.

Terrible experience! Sold us a death trap then claimed that I bought as "spare or repairs" - total lie!
In the hands of Trading Standards and then small claims court.

Wow wow omg keep well well away from this garage I have never know anything like this first of all I put a deposit down on a car so my daughter could look at it they said it needs a mot so the deposit I put down to keep the car was £250 pound that’s the worst thing I could do they was making up excuse after excuse saying the wagon was of the road because of this and that 3 weeks later still no car phone them up today asking for my deposit back ho no you can not have that back because it going to cost them now too Put the car up for sale that’s not my problem it’s there’s even had too go to the bank to get my money back next Wednesday visa will be sending me my money back and then visa will claim the money back from them warning warning keep well away from these cowboys
